|b The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of second-generation web applications for achievement and decision-making skills for high school students in the computer course, and the most important of these goals can be mentioned as follows - Learning about the impact of using the Web 2.0 applications on the academic achievement of high school students in the computer course. - Knowing the effect of using the Web 2.0 applications on the decision-making skills of high school students in the computer course. To achieve these goals, the current study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was taken to collect data from the members of the study sample. The study sample will be from a random sample of (200) students from high school students in Riyadh who study during the second semester of the academic year (1440 AH – 1441 AH) The study concluded that the responses of the study members about the effect of using the second-generation web (web2) applications on the academic achievement of high school students in the computer course with an average score of (3.92) and with an approval rate of (78.4) which indicates approval with a standard deviation (0.86), which is average falls in the fourth category of five-tier grades, and the effect of the use of second-generation web 2 applications on academic achievement for high school students in the computer-based unit that relying on web tools 2 facilities the process of obtaining information, and that the use of web 2 in achievement. The school makes it attractive and not mm. It increases understanding of lessons through web 2 applications, web 2 apps also allows diversification of teaching methods and learning skills, and web 2 apps increase application opportunities over the course. The study also concluded high school students in the city of Riyadh came with a degree that indicates OK and at a rate of (72.2%) where the arithmetic average reached (3.68), an average that falls in the fourth category of five-year grades and a standard deviation (1.05), where the averages of their approval ranged On the impact of the use of second-generation Web 2 applications on decision-making for high school students in the computer-based unit between (4.19 to 3.39) which are averages located in the fourth and third category of the five-year scale that indicates (agree - somewhat agree) to The study tool, which explains the variance in the approval of study personnel about a Of the axis, and that the impact of the use of second-generation web 2 applications on decision-making for high school students in the computerized unit is to encourage web 2 applications to exit from the individual framework in the interaction between the individual and the network to electronic social participation, and web 2 applications provide many Opportunities for the process of forming the right opinion, and expressing it courageously, the dialogue that takes place through the web 2 application allows testing of one of the solutions that is expected to remove the state of doubt and uncertainty, and also allows web applications 2 to give leadership models in decisions that can be followed, and web 2 applications can access to me The appropriate escape in order to obtain the information.
