المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى رصد واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية للعاملين بالمدارس الحكومية في محافظة الفيوم وعلاقتها بتطبيق ممارسات القيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة الميدانية، وذلك لوضع آليات مقترحة لتحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية للعاملين بالمدارس الحكومية في محافظة الفيوم في ضوء مدخل القيادة الخادمة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (63) عبارة لقياس واقع ممارسات القيادة الخادمة للمديرين وعلاقتها بجودة الحياة الوظيفية للعاملين بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الفيوم وزعت على عينة عشوائية قومها (600) من الإداريين والمعلمين بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الفيوم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين القيادة الخادمة وجودة الحياة الوظيفية للعاملين، وأوصى البحث بضرورة زيادة القدرات المعرفية والمهارات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية والمشرفين والعاملين بخصائص وأبعاد القيادة الخادمة، وتطوير بيئة العمل المادية والاجتماعية بما يحقق رضا العاملين عن عملهم وتحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية لديهم.

The current research aimed at monitoring the reality of the quality of the workers' career life at government schools in Fayoum governorate, and its relationship to the application of servant leadership practices from the point of view of the field study sample, in order to develop proposed mechanisms to improve the quality of the workers' career life at government schools in Fayoum Governorate in the light of the servant leadership approach. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (63) phrases has been prepared to measure the reality of servant leadership practices of managers and the relationship of these practices with the quality of the workers' career life at government schools in Fayoum Governorate. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of (600) administrators and teachers at government schools in Fayoum Governorate. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) between the servant leadership and the quality of the workers' career life. The research recommended the necessity of increasing the cognitive abilities and skills of government school principals, supervisors and workers, making use of the characteristics and work environment. By this way, the workers' satisfaction with their work and the quality of the career life can be achieved. dimensions of servant leadership. ln addition, it is suggested to develop the physical and social.
