هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المدارس التجريبية الملحقة بكليات التربية وأهميتها وفلسفة إنشائها، والتعرف على أهم النماذج العالمية التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في إنشاء مدارس تجريبية ملحقة بكليات التربية في مصر، وتحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لكلية التربية جامعة سوهاج للتعرف على مساعدة عناصرها في إنشاء مدارس تجريبية ملحقة بالكلية، وكذلك بناء استراتيجية مقترحة لإنشاء مدارس تجريبية ملحقة بكلية التربية جامعة سوهاج في ضوء النماذج العالمية وفي ضوء نتائج التحليل البيئي لعناصر البيئة الداخلية والخارجية للكلية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الموضوع، وقد استخدمت استمارة تحليل رباعي بيئي (نموذج SWOT) طبقت على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بكلية التربية بسوهاج وكذلك من كليات العلوم والآداب بسوهاج الذين يدرسون لطلاب كلية التربية، وذلك للتعرف على وقع البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لكلية التربية جامعة سوهاج ومدى مساهمتها في إنشاء مدرسة تجريبية ملحقة بالكلية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع نموذجًا لخطة استراتيجية مقترحة لإنشاء مدارس تجريبية ملحقة بكلية التربية جامعة سوهاج، وكان الهدف من هذه الخطة هو توفير المناخ القانوني والفلسفي لإنشاء هذه المدارس، والتوسع في إجراء بحوث الفعل والبحوث التجريبية التي تربط بين الواقع لتربوي والنظريات التربوية المعاصرة، وتدعيم الاستفادة التطبيقية لمعلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم من الخبرات النظرية لأساتذة كلية التربية، بلوغًا إلى وضع خطة تنفيذية تفصيلية لإنشاء هذه المدارس، وتوصيات تطبيق هذه الخطة.
The objective of this study is to identify the experimental schools attached to the faculties of education and their importance and the philosophy of its establishment. It also aims to identify the most important international models that can be used in the establishment of experimental schools attached to the faculties of education in Egypt and analyzing the internal and external environment of the Faculty of Education, Sohag University. The study also aims at having a proposed strategy for the establishment of experimental schools attached to the Faculty of Education Sohag University in the light of global models and in light of the results of environmental analysis of the internal and external elements of the college. The study was based on the descriptive approach because it is suitable for the nature of the subject. A quadratic analysis form (SWOT model) was applied to a sample of faculty members and their assistants at the Faculty of Education in Sohag as well as from the Faculty of Science and Arts in Sohag. The aim is to identify the impact of the internal and external environment of the Faculty of Education, Sohag University and its contribution to the establishment of an experimental school attached to the college. The study aims at creating a model for a proposed strategic plan for the establishment of experimental schools attached to the Faculty of Education, Sohag University. The aim of this plan is to provide the legal and philosophical environment for the establishment of these schools and to expand the practical research and experimental research linking the reality with the educational theory. The study seeks to strengthen the practical benefit of the teachers of the Ministry of Education from the theoretical experiences of the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, reaching a detailed implementation plan for the establishment of these schools, and recommendations for the implementation of this plan.
