المستخلص: تستهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توظيف الطالبات المعلمات في كلية البنات جامعة سيئون لتكنولوجيا التعليم في أثناء أداء التربية العملية من وجهة نظر المشرفين والمعلمين المتعاونين، وما إذا كان هناك فرق دال بين تقديرات المشرفين والمعلمين المتعاونين في درجة توظيف الطالبات المعلمات لتكنولوجيا التعليم. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت استبانة اشتملت على مكونات مجالات تكنولوجيا التعليم التي حددها الأدب التربوي (التصميم -التطوير – التنفيذ-الإدارة وضبط التعلم-والتقويم)، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها(63) مشاركا منهم (15) مشرفاً، و(48) معلماً متعاوناً. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف الطالبات المعلمات لتكنولوجيا التعليم في أثناء أداء التربية العملية كان عالياً في مجالات الدراسة، وكشفت كذلك عن عدم الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية عند المستوى (α= 0.05) في مستوى تحقق مجالات تكنولوجيا التعليم للطالبات المعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة(المشرف والمعلم المتعاون) في مجالات التصميم والتنفيذ والضبط والتقويم وعلى المستوى الكلي ما عدا مجال التطوير؛ فعند مقارنة تقديرات المشرفين والمعلمين المتعاونين توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α= 0.05) لمصلحة المعلمين المتعاونين.

The study aimed to identify the degree of employment of female teachers in the Seiyun University - Girls College for Educational Technology during the performance of practical teaching from the point of view of supervisors and cooperating teachers, and whether there is a significant difference between the estimates of supervisors and collaborating teachers in the degree of female student recruitment for female teachers of educational technology The study followed the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was used that included the components of the fields of educational technology identified by educational literature (design- development - implementation - management and control of learning - and evaluation), and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and then applied to a sample of (63) participants Including (15) supervisors, and (48) cooperating teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of employment of female teachers who are teachers of educational technology during the performance of practical teaching was high in the fields of study, and also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 =α) in the level of verification of the fields of education technology for female students teachers attributed to the study variables (supervisor and collaborating teacher) in the areas of design, implementation, control, evaluation, and at the macro level. Except for the development field; When comparing the estimates of supervisors and collaborating teachers, the study found that there were statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) for the benefit of cooperating teachers.
