|a هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث عن طبيعة العلاقة بين اتجاهات طلبة المدارس العليا للأساتذة نحو مهنة التعليم ودافعية الإنجاز لديهم، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو مهنة التعليم وفي دافعية الإنجاز لديهم حسب متغير الجنس، التخصص (علمي، أدبي)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 200 طالبا وطالبة من طلبة المدارس العليا للأساتذة (الطلبة المعلمين)، وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة مقياسين، الأول اتجاهات الطلبة المعلمين نحو مهنة التعليم مشتملا على 24 فقرة، والثاني يقيس دافعية الإنجاز مشتملا على 28 فقرة. وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا من خلال الانحراف المعياري والمتوسط الحسابي واختبار (T) لعينتين مستقلتين، اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) "F"، معامل بيرسون (r) وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ضعيفة موجبة بين اتجاهات الطلبة.

|b This study aimed to search for the nature of the relationship between higher school students' attitudes toward teachers towards the teaching profession and their motivation for achievement, and to know whether there are differences in students ’attitudes toward the education profession and in the achievement motivation for them according to the gender variable, specialization (scientific, literary), The sample of the study consisted of 200 male and female students from the high schools of the teachers (male students) , where this study was adopted on two scales, the first measures the teachers attitudes towards the teaching profession including 24 paragraphs, and the second measures the motivation of achievement including 28 a paragraph. The data were statistically processed through the standard deviation and the mean and (T) for two independent samples the ANOVA test, and Pearson coefficient (r). The results of the study showed that there is a weak positive relationship between the attitudes of higher school students towards teachers towards the education profession and their achievement motivation The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of high school students to teachers towards the teaching profession due to the variables of specialization (scientific, literary) and gender (male and female).
