The present research explored the effect of the Think-Pair-Share Technique on developing business administration terminology for first-year College of Management of Technology students. To achieve this aim, a quasi-experimental design was used. The participants of the research consisted of 40, 1st year College of Management and Technology students from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Sheraton branch, Egypt. A business administration terminology checklist and a pre-post business administration terminology test were prepared by the researchers. The pre-post test was administered to the participants of the research before and after the experiment. Results revealed that the experimental group outperformed the control in the post administration of the business administration terminology test due to the use of the Think-Pair-Share Technique in their teaching. They also showed that the Think Pair-Share Technique was effective in developing the business administration terminology for College of Management and Technology students as it had a large effect on developing them.
