|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير أبعاد القيادة الروحية والتي انقسمت إلى ثلاث أبعاد هي (الإيمان/ الأمل، حب الإيثار، الرؤية) على الارتباط بالعمل والذي انقسم بدوره إلى ثلاث أبعاد رئيسية وهى (الحماس ، التفاني، الاستيعاب) بالتطبيق على العاملين بشركة شمال الدلتا لتوزيع الكهرباء في مصر الذين يمثلون مجتمع البحث وقد تم تطبيق الجزء الميداني باستخدام استمارة استقصاء تم توزيعها على العينة محل الدراسة والتي بلغ حجمها 368 مفردة ، وتم تجميع إجابات تلك القوائم من العاملين في القطاع محل الدراسة وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين أبعاد القيادة الروحية وأبعاد الارتباط بالعمل، وكان هناك تأثير معنوي لأبعاد حب الإيثار، الإيمان/ الأمل، والرؤية على الحماس كأحد أبعاد الارتباط بالعمل.

|b This research aims to study the effect of the spiritual leadership dimensions, which were divided into three dimensions (faith / hope, altruism, and vision) on engagement with work, which in turn was divided into three main dimensions (enthusiasm, dedication, and comprehension). by applying to the employees of the North Delta Electricity Distribution Company in Egypt who represent the research community. The field part was applied using a questionnaire that was distributed to the sample under study, which reached a size of 368 individuals, and the answers of these lists were collected from workers in the sector under study and statistically analyzed using the SPSS The results concluded that there is a moral correlation between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the dimensions of engagement with work, and there was a significant effect of the dimensions of altruism, faith / hope and the vision on enthusiasm as one of the dimensions of engagement with work.
