المستخلص: This research aims to identify the effective roles of the professor of physical education and sports during the class in his part related to pedagogical communication teacher-learner, through his contribution to promoting the behaviors of his students during the activity, and his contribution to maintaining and controlling the course of the class system. The observation has been used to analyze verbal and non-verbal pedagogical interactions during the physical and sports education class, following the descriptive-analytical approach, on a sample of 481 students and 20 teachers, within 20 cohorts distributed over 06 secondary schools, affiliated to the Directorate of Education in Algiers East. The researcher reached results, the most important of which is the arbitrariness of behavioral groups that express the response to the weak or wrong performance of the student, in addition to proving that some variables do not overlap in the process of pedagogical interactions such as the variable of social status.

Cette recherche vise à identifier les rôles actifs de l’enseignant d’EPS, pendant l’interaction pédagogique par le biais des communications et son rôle dans le contrôle et la gestion de la séance de i’ EPS. Et par son action pédagogique, l’enseignant contribue à activer les comportements de ces élèves, au cours de l'activité. Il contribue à la préservation et le contrôle du bon fonctionnement de la séance. On a utilisé l'observation pour l'analyse des interactions pédagogiques, verbale et non verbal, dans la séance d'EPS, selon une démarche descriptive et analytique. On a utilisées un échantillon de 481 élèves et 20 enseignants, repartie sur 06 lycées, appartenant à la Direction de l'éducation à Alger Est.
Le chercheur a abouti à la conclusion suivante : l’affirmation que l’aspect dominant est celui des catégories destiné à, répondre aux élèves faibles, d’une part et d’autre parte nier le rôle de certaines variables, dans le processus d'interactions pédagogiques, telles que variable statut social.


يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأدوار الفعالة لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية أثناء الحصة في شطره المتعلق بالاتصالات البيداغوجية معلم- متعلم، وذلك من خلال مساهمته في تفعيل سلوكات تلاميذه أثناء النشاط، ومساهمته في الحفاظ والتحكم في سيرورة نظام الحصة، تم توظيف الملاحظة لتحليل التفاعلات البيداغوجية اللفظية وغير اللفظية أثناء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، على عينة مكونة من 481 تلميذ و20 أستاذ، ضمن 20 فوج موزعين على 06 ثانويات، تابعة لمديرية التربية بالجزائر العاصمة شرق، حيث توصل الباحث إلى نتائج من أهمها طغيان الفئات السلوكية التي تعبر على الاستجابة لأداء التلميذ الضعيف أو الخاطئ، بالإضافة إلى إثبات عدم تداخل بعض المتغيرات في عملية التفاعلات البيداغوجية مثل متغير الوضع الاجتماعي.
