المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وصف وتحليل وتشخيص دور المشرفين التربويين في توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين في المملكة الاردنية الهاشمية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٢٠٠) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة مؤلفة من (٢٨) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى توظيف المشرفين التربويين للتعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين كان متوسطاً على الدرجة الكلية، كما أن مستوى توظيف المشرفين التربويين للتعلم الإلكتروني على المجالات جميعها كان متوسطا، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم ظهور فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات مستوى توظيف المشرفين للتعلم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العملي، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى توظيف المشرفين التربويين للتعلم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير التخصص، وكانت الفروق لمتغير التخصص ولصالح التخصصات العلمية، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة في مستوى توظيف المشرفين للتعلم الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغير الخبرة بين أصحاب الخبرة القصيرة واصحاب الخبرة الطويلة لصالح اصحاب الخبرة القصيرة، وقد انبثق عن هذه النتائج عدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية (إنعاشيه) سواء للمشرفين التربويين أو للمعلمين في كيفية توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني في العملية التعليمية، وزيادة الدعم المادي لتحسين البنية التحتية في تجهيز المدارس.

This study aimed at describing, analyzing and diagnosing the role of educational supervisors in Applying- E-Learning from the point of view of teachers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the study sample consisted of (200) male and female teachers, who were chosen by the stratified randomized method, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (28) paragraphs And its validity and reliability were confirmed, and the results of the study showed that the level of employment of educational supervisors for e-learning from the teachers' point of view was average on the total score, and the level of employment of educational supervisors for e-learning in all areas was average, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences Between the averages of the level of Applying supervisors for e-learning according to the variables of sex and the practical qualification, as it was found that there are statistically significant differences in the level of employment of educational supervisors for e-learning according to the variable of specialization, and the differences were for the variable of specialization and in favor of the scientific specialties, as it was found that there are significant differences in the level of Applying the supervisors for learning E-mail according to the experience variable between those with short experience and those with long experience in favor of those with short experience. The results include a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of holding (resuscitation) training courses, whether for educational supervisors or teachers, on how to employ e-learning in the educational process, and increasing financial support to improve the infrastructure in equipping schools.
