المستخلص: The extension of the arbitration agreement to subjects or parties who did not initially sign it constitutes, without a doubt, one of the most interesting and fundamental subjects of contemporary arbitration and, in particular, of international arbitration. The characteristics of the current operations and the fact that our economy is increasingly globalizing require a flexible and effective response from the legal system. However, the contractual nature of arbitration constitutes a limit to the extension of the clause or the agreement of arbitration. What might be the remedies?
