المستخلص: يعتبر الاهتمام بالعملية التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مطلبا ضروريا. ففئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مثلها مثل أي فئة في المجتمع بحاجة إلى التعليم، لكنهم يواجهون صعوبات عديدة تفرضها طبيعة الإعاقة التي يعانون منها سواء كانت حسية أو جسمية أو عقلية خاصة ما يتعلق بالذاكرة، الانتباه، التفكير والإدراك، الأمر الذي يتطلب توفير الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية الضرورية التي تهيء البيئة التعليمية المناسبة لسد العجر والإعاقة الموجودة لديهم وتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من الاستثمار في قدراتهم المعرفية والعلمية والمهنية. في هذا الإطار أثبتت الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة بجميع أنواعها دورها الفعال في التغلب على الصعوبات التعليمية لدى فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والحصول على تعليم أكثر فاعلية وكفاءة، تحسين القدرات الوظيفية والأدائية لدى طلاب هذه الفئة. وعليه هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة أداة مساعدة في تطوير النظام التربوي وتحسين العملية التعليمية وتحقيق أهدافها في ضوء معايير الكفاءة والفعالية، لذلك من الضروري توظيفها في العملية التعليمية بشكل صحيح و جيد للاستفادة من مميزاتها التي تعود بالفائدة على طلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتنويع طرق وأساليب التعليم بما يتوافق مع كل أنواع المتعلمين لمعالجة الفروق الفردية و إكساب الطالب الكثير من المهارات الأكاديمية والمفاهيم العلمية المعقدة.

Attention to the educational process for people with special needs is a required in view of the importance of this process by educating and adapting them to the requirements of society in order to facilitate integration. People with special needs, like any other group in society, need to be educated, but they face many difficulties posed by the nature of their disability, whether sensory, physical or mental, that related to memory, attention, thinking and perception, which are obstacles to acquiring many skills and knowledge. Such as difficulties requires the provision of necessary material and human resources to create an appropriate educational environment to overcome the existing disability and to achieve the greatest possible investment in their knowledge, scientific and professional abilities. In this context, modern technological means of all kinds have confirmed their effective role in overcoming the educational difficulties of people with special needs and obtain more effective and efficient education, improving functional and performance capabilities of the students in this category, increasing the options and educational alternatives available to them by providing information in an easy way. And to increase the degree of educational achievement among apprentices. The main of this study is to investigate the role of technology in the educational process for people with special needs. Modern technology is a tool in the development of the educational system and improving the educational process and achieving its objectives in the light of the standards of efficiency and effectiveness, so it is necessary to be employing in the educational process correctly and well to take advantage and benefit methods of education in accordance with all types of learners to address individual differences and give the student a various academic skills and complex scientific concepts.
