|b The study aimed to identify the requirements for developing curriculum elements in Sharia colleges in the light of promoting volunteer work as perceived by the specialists in curricula, teaching methods, and Sharia sciences. By this, it pursued to present a proposal in the light of those requirements. To achieve such an aim, the researchers used the descriptive survey method. The researchers designed a questionnaire of five constructs representing the main curriculum elements: (objectives, content, teaching strategies, educational activities and techniques, and evaluation). The 36- item questionnaire was presented to the study sample, which consisted of 195 specialists. The findings showed a high degree of agreement with the suggested proposal throughout the five sections. The average of the agreement ranged between 4.40 to 4.70. Accordingly, the researchers presented a proposal for promoting volunteering practice through the curricula of Sharia sciences. The study recommended utilizing this proposal for developing undergraduate Sharia curricula. It also suggested working on planning training programs for faculty members to enable them to develop volunteering skills among students.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تطوير عناصر المنهج الدراسي في الكليات الشرعية في ضوء تعزيز العمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر المختصين في المناهج وطرق التدريس والعلوم الشرعية وتقديم رؤية مقترحة في ضوء تلك المتطلبات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وصممت استبانة تكونت من خمسة محاور تتمثل في عناصر المنهج الرئيسة (الأهداف، المحتوى، الاستراتيجيات التدريسية، الأنشطة والتقنيات التعليمية، التقويم) واشتملت على (36) عبارة، طبقت على عينة الدراسة والتي تكونت من (195) من المختصين، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة موافقة أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة جدا على متطلبات تطوير عناصر المنهج الدراسي التي اقترحتها الدراسة في المحاور الخمسة، حيث تراوح المتوسط العام لدرجة الموافقة بين 4.40 إلى 4.70، وفي ضوء ذلك قام الباحثان بتقديم رؤية مقترحة لتعزيز العمل التطوعي من خلال عناصر المنهج الدراسي بالكليات الشرعية؛ وأوصت الدراسة بالإفادة من الرؤية المقترحة في هذه الدراسة عند تطوير مناهج العلوم الشرعية في المرحلة الجامعية، والعمل على تخطيط البرامج التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لتمكينهم من تعزيز العمل التطوعي لدى الطلاب.
