|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بني سويف من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وبيان مدى اختلاف هذه المشكلات باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، وطوروا استبانة لجمع البيانات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمديريات التربية والتعليم بمحافظة بني سويف والبالغ عددهم (١٨٦٠) معلما ومعلمة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية قوامها (٩٣) معلما ومعلمة بنسبة 5%. وظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أسباب مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة بني سويف من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.20) للدرجة الكلية وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لأسباب مشكلات الإدارة الصفية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.

|b The aim of this study is to identify the problems of classroom management in secondary schools in Beni Suef governorate from the point of view of teachers and to indicate the extent to which these problems differ according to the variables of the study: gender, scientific qualification and years of experience. The researchers used the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire to collect the data. The study population consists of all teachers of secondary schools affiliated to the directorates of Education in Beni Suef Governorate, which numbered (1860) teachers and teachers. A random sample of (93) teachers and teachers was selected by 5%. The results of the study showed that the reasons for the problems of classroom management in secondary schools in Beni Suef governorate from the point of view of the teachers were medium and with a mean average (3.20) of according to the Likert quintile scale. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between estimates of individual sample Study of the causes of the problems of classroom management due to gender variable, scientific qualification, and years of experience.
