المستخلص: ترجع أهمية الدراسة إلى ما يشهده العالم الآن من تطور هائل في نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات المنشآت الدائم نحو الاستخدام الأمثل لكافة الموارد المتاحة، حيث يساعد نظم تخطيط موارد المنشآت على توفير التكامل بين جميع العمليات والأنشطة ودفع عجلة الابتكارات وزيادة جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء ودعم الميزة التنافسية للمنشآت، وفي إطار ذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تطبيق نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) على جودة قرارات المستثمرين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بإعداد استمارة استبيان تضم مجموعة من العبارات تمثل متغيرات الدراسة، وذلك تمهيدا لاختبار فروض الدراسة باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، ولقد كانت أهم فروض الدراسة: "لا توجد علاقة معنوية بين آراء الفئات المستقصي منهم حول أهمية نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) وجودة قرارات المستثمرين"، "لا توجد علاقة معنوية بين المتطلبات والمقومات الأساسية لنجاح نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) وجودة قرارات المستثمرين"، وقد أسفرت تلك الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: أن هناك أهمية كبيرة لتطبيق النظم الإلكترونية لتخطيط موارد المنشأة بمنشآت الأعمال، نظرا لما توفره تلك النظم من الاستغلال الأمثل لكافة الموارد المتاحة للمنشأة، والمتابعة الجيدة لأعمالها في كافة القطاعات، وسهولة اكتشاف الأخطاء والوصول إلى المتسبب فيها ، تساهم نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة على توفير العديد من عناصر النجاح للمنشآت وتحقيق درجة تنافسية متقدمة وتحقيق عائد مناسب على استثماراتها، وفي النهاية أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات لعل أهمها: ضرورة حرص القائمين على المنشآت الصناعية التي تطبق أنظمة تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) على الاطلاع على التجارب الناجحة للشركات العالمية التي تسعى إلى تطبيق الأليات الحديثة لإدارة التكلفة جنبا إلى جنب مع أنظمة تخطيط الموارد، بما يمكنها من تحقيق أقصى منافع ممكنة في مجال خفض التكاليف وتحسين جودة المنتجات، ودعم الموقف التنافسي.

The importance of the study is due to the tremendous development in the information technology systems and the permanent endeavors of the enterprises towards the optimal use of all available resources, as the enterprise resource planning systems help to provide integration between all operations and activities, advance innovation and increase the quality of services provided to customers and support the competitive advantage of the facilities In the context of this, the study aimed to assess the impact of the application of enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) on the quality of investor decisions, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire containing a set of phrases representing the variables of the study, in preparation for testing the hypotheses of the study using a set of appropriate statistical methods, and the most important study hypotheses : "There is no significant relationship between the opinions of the groups surveyed of them about the importance of the enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) and the quality of investor decisions" , "There is no significant relationship between the requirements and essential ingredients for the success of systems Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and the quality of investor decisions". This study yielded a set of results, the most important of which was that there is great importance for the implementation of electronic systems for enterprise resource planning in business establishments, given the availability of those systems to optimize the use of all resources available to the facility, and follow-up Good for its work in all sectors, and the ease of discovering errors and reaching the cause of them, the enterprise resource planning systems contribute to providing many elements of success for the facilities and achieving an advanced competitive degree and achieving an appropriate return on its investments, and in the end the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important of them: the need for those in charge of Industrial establishments that implement (ERP) systems to familiarize themselves with the successful experiences of international companies seeking to apply modern cost management mechanisms along with resource planning systems, enabling them to achieve the maximum possible benefits in reducing costs Improving product quality and supporting a competitive position.
