المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية استقصاء ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعزيز الحكم الأخلاقي لدى الأطفال في محافظة بيت لحم، وتبصر اختلاف الممارسات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، الخبرة في التدريس، جهات الإشراف). وظفت في الدراسة ثلاث أدوات، استبانة مكونة من (19) فقرة صممت لقياس ممارسات المعلمات والطرق في تعزيز الحكم الأخلاقي لدى الأطفال، وصحيفة الملاحظة لممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعزيز الحكم الأخلاقي، وتضمنت أيضاً تسجيل استجابات المعلمات للأحكام الأخلاقية التي يصدرها الأطفال، إضافة إلى إجراء مقابلات مع معلمات رياض الأطفال لتبصر ممارساتهن في تعزيز الحكم الأخلاقي لدى الأطفال. أظهرت النتائج أن ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة بيت لحم جاءت بدرجة عالية، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق في ممارسات معلمات رياض الأطفال في تعزيز الحكم الأخلاقي لدى الأطفال في محافظة بيت لحم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجهة الإشراف، بينما لا توجد فروق دلالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير التخصص والخبرة في التدريس. وبينت نتائج الملاحظة في رياض الأطفال أن تشجيع الأطفال في المحافظة على نظافة المكان، واحترام الممتلكات العامة، حصل على أعلى نسبة (100 %)، يليها تطبيق الأنشطة التي تعزز قيمة الاحترام بنسبة (73.3 %)، بينما تعزيز مبادرات الأطفال الأخلاقية حصلت على نسبة (66.7 %)، أما تشجيع الأطفال على تفسير الأحكام الأخلاقية التي تم إصدارها بنسبة (53.3%)، بينما حث الأطفال على استخدام الألفاظ المرغوبة حصل على نسبة (66.7%) يليها تطبيق الأنشطة التي تعزز قيمة الصدق عند الأطفال بنسبة (66.3 %). أما نتائج المقابلات بينت أن (88 %) من معلمات رياض الأطفال لم يسمعن بمصطلح الحكم الأخلاقي لكنهن في الآن ذاته يمارسن تعزيزه بطرق عدة ومتنوعة من خلال الأنشطة، كما بينت المعلمات في المقابلات أن البيئات المختلفة التي يعيش فيها الطفل، وخصائص النمو لمرحلة الطفولة لها تأثير كبير على إصدار الأطفال للأحكام الأخلاقية. وأوصت الباحثتان بتصميم دليل تدريبي للمعلمات يتضمن أنشطة تعزز وتنمي الحكم الأخلاقي عند الأطفال، وبناء برامج تدريبية بهذا الصدد.

The study aimed to examine the practices of strengthen the moral judgment that kindergarten teachers apply in Bethlehem governorate, according to (qualification, specialization, experience, and supervision). The researchers built three tools:a questionnaire consisting of (19) sections representing the methods that teachers use to strengthen the moral judgment of the children, Second: Observation journal, which consists of the recording of the teacher’s responses to the moral judgment practiced by children, in different schools. Third: an interview consisting of five questions concerned about the practices the teachers use to strengthen the moral judgment of the children, These tools were applied in the second semester (2018-2019). The resutts showed many differences in the practices the teachers used accarding to Their Qualifications. The observation results in kindergarten showed that encouraging to maintain the place clean, and respecting the public property had the highest percentage which was 100%, followed by applying activities that strengthen the value of respect by (73.3%), where as the ones that wasn’t achieved are: strengthen the moral gestures for children had a percentage of (66.7%), followed by encouraging the children to illustrate the moral judgment that have been issued by (53.3%), and the sections that have been achieved to some extent were motivate the children to use desired language by (66.7%), followed by applying activities that encourage the value of honesty for children( 66.3%).As for the interviews results, it has shown that most of the kindergarten teachers have never heard of the term(moral judgment) before, but they are practicing strengthen it in so many ways throughout activities, and some teachers expressed that the different backgrounds some students have and the growth features for their childhood have a great influence for the children moral issues, so teachers take actions according to the child behavior and how many times he/she repeats it, so they take advantages of morning discussion by stating the problem and how to deal with it. And the researcher recommended taking consideration in preparing developmental and training programme for the teachers, and processing the kindergarten in supplies and modern technologies that helps teachers to apply activities throughout strategies, and designing an illustrated training manual for the teachers of ways to strengthen the moral Judgment.
