المستخلص: The aim of our work is to test the influence of a performance appraisal system (SAP) for Sonatrach executives on HRM decision-making. For this, we have chosen to conduct an opinion poll of the executives evaluated and we have used the SPSS to analyze the data. The results of our field study in the GNL2Z unit showed a weak influence of SAP on HRM decision-making.

Le but de notre travail est de tester l’influence de système d’appréciation des performances (SAP) des cadres de Sonatrach sur la prise de décision de GRH. Pour cela nous avons choisi de procéder un sondage d’opinion des cadres évalués et nous avons exploité le SPSS pour analyser les données. Les résultats de notre étude sur le terrain au sein de l’unité GNL2Z ont montré une faible influence de SAP sur la prise de décision en matière de GRH.
