المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية استراتيجية تدريس مقترحة في ضوء النظرية التواصلية لتنمية أبعاد التميز في تعليم التدريس، وبعض أخلاقيات التحول الرقمي لدى الطالب معلم الفلسفة، بكلية التربية، جامعة حلوان، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة البحث وقوامها (٥٠ طالبا معلما) من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة - شعبة فلسفة واجتماع، بكلية التربية، جامعة حلوان واختير التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة قد طبقت أداتي البحث وهما: بطاقة ملاحظة أبعاد التميز في تعليم التدريس، ومقياس أخلاقيات التحول الرقمي تطبيقا قبليا خلال العام الدراسي 2020-2021 وبعد تطبيق الدراسة الميدانية، تم تطبيق أداتي البحث تطبيقا بعديا، وبعد مقارنة نتائج التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي أكدت النتائج: وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين (عينة البحث) في الأدائين القبلي والبعدي على كل من بطاقة ملاحظة أبعاد التميز في تعليم التدريس، ومقياس أخلاقيات التحول الرقمي لصالح الأداء البعدي، كما أكدت على وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من تنمية أبعاد التميز في تعليم التدريس، وتنمية بعض أخلاقيات التحول الرقمي مما يؤكد فاعلية الاستراتيجية المقترحة.

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed teaching strategy in light of the communicative theory of developing the dimensions of excellence in teaching, and some ethics of digital transformation for the student, the philosophy teacher, at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University, to achieve this goal, the research sample was selected and consisted of (50 student teachers) from Third year students - Philosophy and Sociology Department, Faculty of Education, Helwan University, and the experimental design with one experimental group was chosen. The two research tools, namely: the Dimensions of Excellence Note Card in learning Teaching, and the Ethics Scale for Digital Transformation were applied in advance during the 2020-2021 academic year, and after the field study was applied, the two research tools were applied after, and after comparing the results of the two applications, the pre and post, the results confirmed: a difference Statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the average grades of student teachers (the research sample) in the pre- and post-performance performance on both the Dimensions of Excellence in Teaching Teaching Note Card and the Ethics Scale for Digital Transformation in favor of post-performance, as well as confirming the existence of a positive and significant correlational relationship. A statistic between each of the development of the dimensions of excellence in teaching teaching, and the development of some ethics of digital transformation, which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
