The main objective of this research is to study the incentive system and its role in achieving job satisfaction of the human resource in the Algerian public economic organization. The individual is one of the most important actors contributing to the achievement of the Organization's goals. The main results of the study were: There is a significant correlation between the motivation system and job satisfaction in the organization under study. The satisfaction of the individual and the raising of morale has one of the most important pillars to provide functional stability, which helps him to perform his work efficiently and with maximum effort. The organization provides physical motivation, including pay, overtime allowances, social loans, which in turn affect job satisfaction of the human resource. Moral motivation is the encouragement and praise of workers and has little impact on the job satisfaction of the human resource. The study recommended working on reviewing the incentive system and the wage system in line with the goals of the human resource in order to achieve the satisfaction of the employees, thus increasing their performance and contributing to achieving the objectives of the organization.
