|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحسين التعليم الأساسي في مصر باستخدام مدخل الإدارة الذاتية حيث يعد مفهوم الإدارة الذاتية من أهم المفاهيم المعاصرة التي تساند توجه التعليم بهدف الحصول على مخرجات تعليمية عالية الجودة، وإن الهدف من تطبيق الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة زيادة الفاعلية للمدرسة ومن ثم الحصول على الخدمات التعليمية الجيدة والمميزة للطلاب، وتعد الإدارة الذاتية نوعا من الإصلاح الإداري في مجال التعليم، يقوم على المشاركة والحرية والاستقلالية واللامركزية والمساءلة، ومن ثم تتمكن المدرسة من استخدام مواردها المتاحة بشكل جيد وأكثر فاعلية من خلال تصور مقترح في ضوء خبرة أستراليا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج المقارن. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج المستمدة من الإطار النظري ومنها نشر الوعي بثقافة الاستقلال الذاتي والإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة وأهميتها في تحسين جودة التعليم وجودة المخرجات التعليمية، وتماشيا مع الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم قبل الجامعي بجمهورية مصر العربية ٢٠١٤م-٢٠٣٠م، الوعي بأهمية المشاركة المجتمعية في صناعة القرار داخل المؤسسة التعليمية واطلاع المجتمع المحلي بالدور التربوي للمدرسة وكذلك الدور التعليمي وإشراك الأسرة في وضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات التعليمية والمشاركة في وضع المناهج وتقيمها.
|b The study aims at developing general education in Egypt School - based Management the concept of school-based management is one of the most important contemporary concepts that support the direction of education in order to obtain high-quality educational outputs, as the goal of the application of school-based management to increase the effectiveness of the school and then to obtain good and distinctive educational services for students, and school-based management is a kind of administrative reform in Based on the principle of participation, freedom, independence, decentralization and accountability‘ the school is able to use its available resources well and effectively through proposed procedures in light of the experience of Australia and the United States, The researcher used the comparative approach, by analyzing and interpreting the similarities and differences in the management of public education by using School - based Management approach in the light of cultural forces and factors in the United States and Australia. Spreading awareness of the culture of autonomy and self-management of the school, and its importance in improving the quality of education and the quality of educational outputs, in line with the strategic plan for pre-university education in the Arab Republic of Egypt 2014-2030. Awareness of the importance of community participation in decision-making within the educational institution and inform the local community of the educational role of the school as well as the educational role and the involvement of the family in the development of educational plans and strategies and participation in the development and evaluation of curricula.
