|a في ظل التغيرات الكبيرة وتزايد حدة المنافسة والانفتاح على العالم التي تشهدها المصارف اليوم، والتطور التكنلوجي وتزايد حدة المنافسة بين المصارف أدى إلى سعيها لمعرفة كيف يمكن لها أن تصنع مقدرات جوهرية ذات قدرات متميزة يصعب تقليدها وتحقيق التميز من خلالها على منافسيها ومنها تمكين العامين، وعليه هدفت البحث للتعرف العلاقة بين الاستقطاب الأخضر وتمكين العاملين، إضافة إلى تحديد ما إذا كان الدور المعدل للاتصال يلعب دورا معدل في تلك العلاقة، وتم بناء نموذج البحث وفرضياتها اعتمادا على أدبيات البحث وكذلك تم الاستعانة بالدراسات السابقة في تطوير مقاييس البحث، وصممت استبانة لجمع بيانات البحث، حيث تم توزيع (٦٠) استبانة، استرد منها (٥٢) بنسبة استجابة بلغت (86.6%) وللتأكد من درجة الاعتمادية في البيانات ثم استخدام اختبار كرونباخ ألفا، واستخدام أسلوب المسار ونمذجة المعادلة البنائية لاختبار الفرضيات. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها، وجود علاقة بين الاستقطاب الأخضر وتمكين العاملين، وأن القدرة على الاتصال لا تعدل العلاقة بين الاستقطاب الأخضر وتمكين العاملين للعينة المبحوثة.
|b In light of the great changes and the increasing intensity of competition and openness to the world witnessed by banks today, technological development and the increase in intensity of competition between banks led to its quest to know how it can manufacture fundamental capabilities with distinct capabilities that are difficult to imitate and achieve excellence through its competitors, including empowering the two years. The study aimed to identify the relationship between the green polarization and the empowerment of workers. The study model and its hypotheses were based on the literature of the study. Previous studies were also used to develop the study standards. A questionnaire was designed to collect the study data. (60) Questionnaires were distributed, and (52) of them with response in rate of (86.6%). To verify the reliability of the data, the alpha-alpha test was used, the method of the path was used and structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the relationship between green polarization and the empowerment of workers, and the ability to communicate does not alter the relationship between green polarization and the empowerment of workers.
