|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الكفاءات الاجتماعية في الوسط المهني، الذي يعد الوسط الأساسي الذي تقوم عليه مختلف التفاعلات اجتماعية، التي يتفاعل فيها الموظف مع عمله وما يحيط به، إذ يتوجب على الموظف التمتع بدرجة عالية من الكفاءة الاجتماعية للقيام بالدور المنوط له بفاعلية وللتمكن من التواصل وإقامة علاقات اجتماعية ناجحة مع الآخرين. الأمر الذي يساعده على الاندماج الاجتماعي وتحقيق التوافق النفسي والمهني، وعليه سنحاول من خلال دراستنا التطرق إلى ماهية الكفاءات الاجتماعية والتعرف على أبعادها ومكوناتها وصولا إلى إبراز أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه الكفاءات الاجتماعية في الوسط المهني.
