|a لقد أدى تطور إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التعليم إلى إحداث تغييرا حقيقيا وتحولا جذريا في المنظومة التعليمية وجودة البحث العلمي، فقد أصبحت عملية التواصل ونشر المعلومات عملية سهلة وتتم بسرعة فائقة، حيث ساهمت التقنيات الحديثة بتطور العلم وتطور الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية لسهولة جمع المعلومات والبيانات سواء عن طريق الإنترنت أم التواصل مع الأشخاص ذوي العلاقة، وجعلت التكنولوجيا عملية التعليم أكثر فعالية وانتشار، وتطورت آليات التعليم بصورة سريعة جدا مستغلة تطور التكنولوجيا، فازدادت إنتاجية التعليم، وأصبح أكثر متعة، وازداد تفاعل الطالب، وتوفرت له القدرة على الإبداع والتفكير الابتكاري بشكل أكبر، وإلى جانب هذا فإن الاهتمام بالتفكير الابتكاري في الوقت الراهن يزداد كنتيجة لمواجهة الحياة المعاصرة بما فيها من ثروات معلوماتية ومعرفية ترتكز على النشاطات العقلية العليا لدى الأفراد ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التي تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على التفكير الابتكاري في عصر الثورة المعلوماتية سنتطرق إلى مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التعليم على التفكير الابتكاري.
