|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للقيم الإدارية لدى مديري المعاهد الأزهرية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والتعرف على الوضع الراهن للمعاهد الأزهرية بمصر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهدافها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتنمية القيم الإدارية منها تصميم ميثاق أخلاقي للمعهد، عقد دورات تدريبية في مجال أخلاقيات المهنة بالمعاهد الأزهرية، عقد دورات تدريبية في مجال أساليب الإدارة العصرية لشيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية، عقد مقابلات شخصية مع شيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية قبل تعيينهم، تخصيص جائزة سنوية لأفضل شيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية، توزيع مطويات في مجال القيم الأخلاقية على كافة العناصر البشرية بالمعهد، تكوين لجنة القيم بكل معهد أزهري، إدراج المجال القيمي عند تقييم أداء شيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية، عقد ورش عمل لشيوخ المعاهد الأزهرية تركز على إعلاء الجانب القيمي في الإدارة.
|b The aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical foundations of the administrative values of the managers of Al-Azhar institutes from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the current situation of Al-Azhar institutes in Egypt, and the study used the descriptive approach to achieve its goals, and the study reached a set of proposed measures to develop administrative values, including designing an ethical charter for the institute. , Holding training courses in the field of professional ethics in Al-Azhar institutes, holding training courses in the field of modern management methods for the sheikhs of Al-Azhar institutes, holding personal interviews with the sheikhs of Al-Azhar institutes before their appointment, allocating an annual award to the best sheikhs of Al-Azhar institutes, distributing brochures in the field of moral values to all elements Humanity in the institute, the formation of the values committee of each Azharian institute, Inclusion of the value domain when evaluating the performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar institutes. Conducting workshops for the sheikhs of Al-Azhar institutes that focus on upholding the value side in management.
