المستخلص: في حكاية "رئيسة الطهاة، رواية طباخة"، تناولت الكاتبة ماري ندياي بمنتهى الدقة والمنطقية مسألة خلط الأجناس الشائكة منذ زمن بعيد، وذلك عبر سيرة حياة صبية كانت قد ترقت من طباخة مبتدئة لدى أسرة برجوازية تقطن في بلدية سانت بازي، إلى طاهية ذائعة الصيت تمتلك مطعما معروفا في مدينة بوردو الفرنسية. في هذه الدراسة، قمنا تحديدا بتحليل نمط وشكل هذه اللغة المستترة والمبعثرة بشكل منهجي والتي ساعدت الكاتبة على تكوين رؤى عميقة حول قضية الأصل الخليط. كذلك وقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مختلف الأساليب والحيل التي لجأت إليها الكاتبة من أجل إخفاء أصلها الخليط، وتجلى ذلك في باقة من مقومات اللغة المتناثرة في مختلف أرجاء الرواية، كعنوان مبهم، وسيرة حياة لبطلة تصل إلى حد القداسة، ومطبخ مطبق فضاؤه، وصولا إلى حالة من التمازج المطلق بين حواس الطهي. لقد فاحت من لغة الكاتبة رائحة فكرها اليقظ، حيث قدمت بإحكام صنوفا عديدة من الوسائط اللغوية المتناهية في الدقة منها تضمين المرادفات، التنسيق الكتابي والسيميائي، والأسماء، والمسند من نعت وخبر، والظروف، ومفردات بعض الحواس كالرائحة والتذوق والإبصار؛ مجموعة من الأسس اللازمة للتأكيد على فكرة الإقصاء العنصري الممارس بشكل مضمر. وكانت هذه المقومات اللغوية قادرة على نحو مدهش على إلقاء الضوء حول قضية اختلاط الأجناس، والتي كانت سببا رئيسيا لكثير من حالات عدم الاستقرار في عدة مجتمعات غربية. وعليه، فإن لغة ندياي الروائية تعتبر بمثابة وسيلة مشروعة للدفاع عن إيمانها الراسخ بأنها فرنسية حتى النخاع.

Dans la Cheffe, romane cuisinière, Marie NDiaye a élaboré la question insoluble du métissage à travers la biographie d'une jeune fille qui est passée d'une simple cuisinière chez les Clapeau; une famille bourgeoise à Sainte-Bazeille, à une cheffe de cuisine très fameuse et une propriétaire d'un grand restaurant de Bordeaux. Dans cette étude, nous avons systématiquement élaboré les procédés d'un langage dissimulé et émietté qui ont réussi, selon nos hypothèses, d'engendrer de profondes réflexions sur la question du métissage. Les procédés de dissimulations du métissage chez NDiaye, nous les avons judicieusement captés dans une série de macroétiquettes stylistiques émiettées: un titre énigmatique, une hagiographie, une cuisine (vase clos), une (poly)sensorialité culinaire. Sa pensée réticente, NDiaye l'a pratiquement exhalée par une langue si époustouflante. Les micro-étiquettes langagières telles que l'inclusion lexicale, le planning typographique et sémiologique, les substantifs, les prédicats, les (épithètes ou attributs), les adverbes, l'odeur, le goût, la vue nous ont fourni, par conséquent, les petites briques d'argument sur la ségrégation implicitement pratiquée. Ces éléments linguistiques ont délicatement pu, avec une capacité étonnante, éclairer la question de l'auteure et aborder la question de l'hybridation, introduisant ainsi une perturbation dans les sociétés occidentales. Ainsi, la langue romancière de NDiaye serait une expression légitime de défense de son droit de se croire absolument une Française de souche.

In the story 'The Head Chef, the Novel of a Cook,' writer Marie Ndiaye addresses the longstanding and thorny issue of racial mixing with utmost precision and logic. The narrative follows the biography of a young girl who rises from a novice cook serving a bourgeois family in the municipality of Saint-Pazé to become a renowned chef, owning a well-known restaurant in the French city of Bordeaux. In this study, we systematically analyzed the pattern and form of the hidden and scattered language that aided the author in gaining deep insights into the issue of mixed origin. Additionally, we endeavoured to reveal the various methods and tricks that the writer employed to conceal her mixed heritage. This was evident in a set of language elements scattered throughout the novel, including an ambiguous title, the biography of a heroine who attains a state of holiness, and a kitchen with expansive space, leading to a complete blending of culinary senses. The writer's language exudes the scent of her alert thoughts as she meticulously employs various types of linguistic tools with extreme precision. These include the use of synonyms, written and semiotic coordination, nouns, adjective and predicate phrases, adverbs, and sensory vocabulary such as smell, taste, and sight. These foundational elements are necessary to substantiate the implicit idea of racial exclusion. Remarkably, these linguistic components shed light on the issue of race mixing, which has been a significant cause of instability in many Western societies. Consequently, Ndiaye's narrative language serves as a legitimate means of defending her firm belief that she is French to the core. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
