يهدف البحث إلى تطوير بيئة التعلم في مدارس الفصل الواحد في محافظة المنوفية في ضوء معايير ضمان جودة واعتماد مؤسسات التعليم المجتمعي، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد تضمنت عينة البحث كلا من (مدير إدارة الفصل الواحد بمحافظة المنوفية- رؤساء الأقسام بالمديرية- رؤساء الأقسام بالإدارات المنفذ بها مشروع مدارس الفصل الواحد- بعض موجهي مدارس الفصل الواحد- معلمات مدارس الفصل الواحد بمحافظه المنوفية). كما تضمنت معايير ضمان جودة واعتماد مؤسسات التعليم المجتمعي كلا من معيار بيئة التعلم، ومعيار المشاركة المجتمعية، ومعيار التعلم، ومعيار المعلمة، وكذلك معيار التنمية المهنية. وقد اشتمل البحث على مجموعة من النتائج الميدانية؛ كان من أبرزها أنه تسود علاقات اجتماعية إيجابية متبادلة بين المجتمع المدرسي في هذه المدارس، وضعف توافر متطلبات الأمن والسلامة بالمبنى، وضعف توافر شروط التجهيزات اللازمة للمدرسة، وعدم وجود مكتبة أو معمل وسائط، وكذلك عدم وجود معمل علوم. وقدمت الباحثة آليات وإجراءات لتطوير بيئة التعلم برصد وتحديد الأماكن اللازمة لإقامة مبان تخدم هذا النمط من التعليم، وتشكيل إدارة أزمة من كافة الخبراء المعنيين بالتعليم لبحث مشكلات بيئة التعلم، وإجراء دراسات على مستوى عال من التخطيط لدراسة احتياجات بيئة التعلم في هذا المدارس. وانتهى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات؛ منها: دراسة احتياجات المحافظة من هذه المدارس، وتوفير إخصائي وإداري لكل درجة، وأهمية نشر الوعي بأهمية المشاركة المجتمعية مساندة لجهود الدولة، وكذلك بناء هذه المدارس طبقا لمعايير الجودة واستكمال صيانة المباني القديمة.
The study aimed to to develop the learning environment in one-semester schools in Menoufia Governorate in the light of standards for quality assurance and accreditation of community education institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The research sample included (the director of the one-classroom administration in Menoufia governorate- heads of departments in the directorate- heads of departments in the departments in which the one-class schools project is implemented- some mentors of one-class schools -teachers of one-class schools in Menoufia governorate). The standards for ensuring the quality and accreditation of community education institutions also included the learning environment standard, community participation standard, learning standard, teacher standard, as well as the professional development standard. The research included a set of field results; The most prominent of them was that mutual positive social relations prevail between the school community in these schools, the poor availability of security and safety requirements in the building, the poor availability of the necessary equipment conditions for the school, the absence of a library or media lab, as well as the absence of a science lab. The researcher presented mechanisms and procedures for developing the learning environment by monitoring and identifying the places needed to erect buildings that serve this type of education, forming a crisis management from all experts concerned with education to discuss the problems of the learning environment, and conducting studies at a high level of planning to study the needs of the learning environment in these schools. The research ended with many recommendations; Including: studying the governorate's needs from these schools, providing a specialist and an administrator for each degree, and the importance of spreading awareness of the importance of community participation in support of the state’s efforts, as well as building these schools according to quality standards and completing the maintenance of old buildings.
