المستخلص: تتمحور أهداف البحث في بناء مقياس الأحوال الوجدانية، والتعرف على الفروق بين طلبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الموصل، فضلا عن وضع مستويات معيارية لمقياس الأحوال الوجدانية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته وطبيعة البحث. تكون مجتمع البحث من (565) طالبا وطالبة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة الموصل للعام الدراسي 2017-2018. وتكونت عينة البناء من (424) طالبا وطالبة يمثلون تقريبا نسبة (75%)، وتم اختيار (64) طالبا وطالبة من عينة البناء لإجراء التجارب الاستطلاعية للمقياس، واستبعدوا من عينة البحث الرئيسية، و(200) من الطلبة لإجراء صدق البناء (التحليل الإحصائي للفقرات) (عينة التمييز)، و(100) من الطلبة لاستخراج معامل الثبات، واستبعدوا كذلك من عينة البحث، وتم استبعاد (19) منهم لعدم الحصول على استماراتهم، و(41) طالبا وطالبة لعدم الإجابة عن جميع فقرات المقياس. تكونت عينة التطبيق من (141) طالبا وطالبة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة يمثلون نسبة (25%) من عينة البحث. نظرا لعدم وجود مقياس يقيس الأحوال الوجدانية لطلبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الموصل من وجهة نظر الباحثون، لذلك قام الباحثون ببناء هذا المقياس، وتم تحديد (أربعة) أبعاد رئيسة تعبر عن أبعاد البحث الأساسية، وأعتمد الباحثون في إعداد الفقرات وصياغتها على أسلوب (ليكرت) المطور، وقد أستطاع الباحثون أن يتحققوا من صدق المقياس عبر نوعين من الصدق هما (صدق المحتوى والصدق الظاهري). وتم إيجاد صدق المفردة عن طريق حساب قوة التمييز للفقرات، وإيجاد قوة الارتباط بين الفقرات والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس. وتم استخدام (طريقة التجزئة النصفية) لغرض الحصول على ثبات المقياس، من خلال استخدام معامل الارتباط البسيط بين درجات نصفي المقياس، فظهرت قيمة (R) المحتسبة تساوي (0.83)، ومن أجل الحصول على ثبات المقياس بالكامل، تـم استخدام معادلة (سبيرمان -براون)، إذ بلغت قيمة معامل الثبات الكلي (0.88) وهي ذات دلالة إحصائية، وهذا يدل على ثبات المقياس. وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة التطبيق البالغة (141) من طلبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الموصل، وتم الحصول على (105) استمارة فقط، وبقية الاستمارات استبعدت بسبب أن (23) استمارة لم يتم تصحيحها، و(13) استمارة لم يتم الحصول عليها. وتم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: المتوسط الحسابي، والمنوال، والانحراف المعياري، ومعادلة معامل الالتواء لـ (كارل بيرسون)، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لـ (بيرسون)، واختبار (t)، والنسبة المئوية والمتوسط الفرضي. توصل الباحثون إلى: بناء مقياس الأحوال الوجدانية، والتعرف على الفروق لطلبة الكلية، ووضع مستويات معيارية لعينة البحث بمقياس الأحوال الوجدانية. وأوصى الباحثون أن تعمل الكلية على توفير بعض الفعاليات والبرامج الإرشادية والأنشطة العلمية والرياضية والترفيهية من أجل مساعدة الطلبة في تخفيف الأحوال الوجدانية. فضلا عن تنشيط عملية البحث العلمي في أبعاد مقياس الأحوال الوجدانية، وانعكاساته على مجمل العمل الرياضي.

Building scale of emosional states for the students of collage of Physical Education in the University of Mousl. The goals of this search result in building scale for emosional states and recognition for the differences between the students of collage of physical education in the university of Mousl in addition to the standard levels for scale of emosional states also used description program by surrey style to suitable the nature of the search. The society of the research Consist of (565) male and female student in the collage of physical education in the university of Mousl at year 2017- 2018. The building sample consist of (424) male and female student represent proximally (70 %) and select (64) from the sample of building to make poll testes for the scale and they take away from the main of the research sample, and (200) of the students to make building of Validity (statistical analysis for the item) (differentiation sample), and (100) of the students to output stability coefficient also they take away from the research sample. and takeaway (19) of them because they do not give use the paper of test. and (41) of male and female students because they do not answer all the items of the scales. The application sample consist of (141) male and female students in the collage of physical education represented (25%) from the research sample. Because there is no scale to measure the emotional state for the students of collage of physical education in the university of Mousl from the view point of the researcher so the researcher build this scale, they determine (four) basic sides that represent the sides of the basic research. The researcher in the preparation of the items depend on the (lecret) new style. The researcher can prove the truth of the scale by tow way of the Validity (content validity and apriori validity) they found the item validity by calculation the power of item discrimination and found the correlated power between the items and the degree of total scale, the inner consistency of the scale. By the use of (half part ion method) to obtain stable scale, by the used of coefficient of simple correlation between the degrees of two half scale, it appeared that the value of (R) equal to (0.83), and to obtain stable complete scale used equation (Spearman Brown). The value of complete stable coefficient (0.88) and it is of statistical value that is mean it is stable scale. The scale applied on the application sample which consist of (141) of the student of collage of physical education in the university of Mousl, they obtained of (105) paper only. The remaining papers take away because there is (23) paper was not corrected. and (13) paper was not obtained, The researchers used the statistical tools (mean, standard deviation, equation of twisted coefficient of (Carle person), simple correlation coefficient of (person),T-test, percentage equation, and proposed mean). The researcher found that; Building scale for emotional state and to know the differences between the students of the collage and put standard levels for the research sample by the scale of emotional states. The researcher suggested for the collage to find some guidance programs and enjoy, sport age and scientific activity to help the students to come down the emotional state. In addition to activate the scientific search in the sides of emotional states scale, and it is reflection on the total sport age work.
