المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى فحص طبيعة العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي وكل من التمكين النفسي والتوجهات الهدفية، وكذلك الكشف عن إسهام متغيرات البحث في التنبؤ بالتدفق النفسي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية كنوع المؤهل (بكالوريوس- دراسات عليا)، عدد سنوات الخبرة الوظيفية (5 سنوات فأقل- ٦- ١٠ سنوات- أكثر من ١٠ سنوات)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي التنبؤي لمناسبته لطبيعة هذا البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من (١٢٠) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنوفية وقد تراوحت أعمارهن ما بين ٢٥- ٥٠ عاما، وطبقت الباحثة عليهن مقياس التمكين النفسي من (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس التوجهات الهدفية من (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس التدفق النفسي من (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات عينة البحث على مقياس التدفق النفسية ودرجاتهم على مقياس التمكين النفسي ومقياس التوجهات الهدفية، حيث ارتبط التدفق النفسي إيجابيا بكل من التمكين النفسي والتوجهات الهدفية، كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة البحث في كل من التمكين النفسي والتدفق النفسي لصالح المعلمات فئة (دراسات عليا)، وأيضا لمعلمات الخبرة الأكثر من عشر سنوات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجهات الهدفية ترجع إلى متغير المؤهل والخبرة، كما أسهمت درجات التمكين النفسي والتوجهات الهدفية لدى عينة البحث في التنبؤ بدرجاتهم في التدفق النفسي. وتقدمت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The aim of the research is to examine the nature of the relationship between psychological flow and both psychological empowerment and goal orientations, as well as revealing the contribution of research variables in predicting psychological flow among kindergarten teachers in the light of some demographic variables such as the type of qualification (bachelor- graduate studies), the number of years of work experience (5 years). Less- 6-10 years- more than 10 years), and the researcher used the descriptive, correlative, predictive approach for its relevance to the nature of this research. The research sample consisted of (120) kindergarten teachers in Menoufia Governorate, their ages ranged between 25-50 years. The researcher applied to them the psychological empowerment scale (prepared by the researcher), the goal-orientation scale (prepared by the researcher), and the psychological flow scale (prepared by the researcher). There is a statistically significant correlation between the scores of the research sample on the psychological flow scale and their scores on the psychological empowerment scale and the goal orientation scale. Psychological flow was positively associated with both psychological empowerment and goal orientations, and there are statistically significant differences between the research sample in both psychological empowerment and psychological flow in favor of the teacher (postgraduate category), as well as for teachers with more than ten years of experience, and there were no statistically significant differences in goal orientations due to the qualification and experience variable, and the degrees of psychological empowerment and goal orientations of the research sample contributed to predicting their degrees in psychological flow. The researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
