المستخلص: الغرض من البحث الحالي هو بيان تأثير تطوير القادة الناشئين في استدامة قابلياتهم الإبداعية الشاملة، في حين تجسدت مشكلة البحث بقلة الاهتمام باستدامة القابليات الإبداعية الشاملة للقادة الناشئين وضعف عمليات المحافظة على استدامتها مقارنة بأهميتها وبالتالي صعوبة مواكبة التطور البيئي السريع وما ينجم عن ذلك من عواقب سلبية وتهديدات خطيرة على أداء القادة ومن ثم على منظماتهم. تمثل مجتمع البحث المستهدف بكافة طلبة الدراسات العليا في كليات الإدارة والاقتصاد من جامعات الفرات الأوسط (جامعة الكوفة، جامعة بابل، جامعة القادسية)، ضمن اختصاص (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الإدارة المحلية) للعام (٢٠١٧-٢٠١٨)، تم توزيع استمارات الاستبيان على كافة أفراد المجتمع المستهدف (وجه لوجه) البالغ عددهم (٨٠) فردا، وقد تم استلام (٧٦) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. ولغرض الوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة تم الاستعانة بعدد من الأساليب والأدوات الإحصائية مثل spss, smart-(Pls)، بالإضافة إلى استعمال تقنية نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية (SEM) لغرض اختبار فرضيات البحث. لقد أظهرت النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحثون، وجود التأثيرات المعنوية الإيجابية لتطوير القادة الناشئين في استدامة القابليات الإبداعية الشاملة. تم الخروج بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان ابرزها أهمية توفير برامج التطوير الفعالة للقادة الناشئين لأنها سوف تسهم في تطوير القادة واستدامة قابلياتهم الإبداعية ورفد احتياجات المنظمة من القادة الناشئين المبدعين بصورة مستمرة.، وخرج الباحثون بمجموعة توصيات من ابرزها، استدامة القابليات الإبداعية الشاملة للقادة الناشئين تحتاج إلى عملية تطوير فاعلة وغير تقليدية والتي يمكن تضمينها في مناهج الدراسات العليا الحالية.

The purpose of the present research is to explore the impact of the development of emerging leaders on the sustainability of their overall innovate capabilities, while the problem of the research is characterized by a lack of interest in sustainability of the creative capabilities of the emerging leaders and the weakness of the processes of sustainability compared to their importance and therefore difficult to keep pace with rapid environmental development and the resulting negative consequences and threats Serious performance leaders and then on their organizations. The research population is targeted to all graduate students in the faculties of administration and economics from the universities of the Euphrates Middle (University of Kufa, University of Babylon, University of Qadisiyah), within the competence of (strategic planning, local administration) for the year 2017-2018. Targeted (face to face) of (80) individuals, and received (76) form valid for statistical analysis. A number of statistical methods and tools (SPSS, Smart-pls) were used in order to reach the required results. In addition, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. The findings of the researchers showed that there is a positive moral impact on the development of emerging leaders in the sustainability of overall innovation. A number of conclusions were drawn, the most important of which was the provision of effective development programs for emerging leaders as they would contribute to the development of leaders and the sustainability of their innovate capabilities and to meet the needs of the Organization of emerging innovative leaders on an ongoing basis. The researchers came up with a set of recommendations, most notably, sustainability of the overall innovate capabilities of emerging leaders needed an effective and non-traditional development process that could be included in the current graduate curriculum.
