المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تحقيق الأنشطة اللغوية المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل ببرنامج بكالوريوس اللغة العربية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام اللغة العربية بجامعة الملك خالد؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة بلغت (67) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأقسام اللغة العربية بجامعة الملك خالد، حيث اشتملت الاستبانة على (6) محاور تضمنت: متطلبات مرتبطة بمهارات التواصل، ومتطلبات مرتبطة بمهارات التفكير، ومتطلبات مرتبطة بمهارات البحث العلمي، ومتطلبات مرتبطة بعملية التعلم ومهاراته، ومتطلبات وظيفية إدارية، ومتطلبات مرتبطة بالتطبيق العملي الميداني، وأسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج أبرزها: أن درجة تحقيق الأنشطة اللغوية المواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم الجامعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة "أوافق بشدة" للاستبانة كاملة، وتراوحت بين درجة "أوافق بشدة" ودرجة "أوافق" في جميع المحاور، وجاء محور المتطلبات المرتبطة بمهارات التواصل في الترتيب الأول من حيث درجة الموافقة حيث جاء بدرجة "أوافق بشدة"، بينما جاء محور المتطلبات الوظيفية الإدارية في الترتيب الأخير من حيث درجة الموافقة، حيث جاء بدرجة "أوافق"، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات من أبرزها: تأكيد تضمين الأنشطة اللغوية في مقررات تعليم اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الجامعية لتحقيق متطلبات سوق العمل، وتأكيد تصميم الأنشطة اللغوية بشمولية بحيث تشمل جميع محاور متطلبات سوق العمل الواردة الدراسة، وأهمية التنسيق مع جهات التوظيف ومؤسساته وسوق العمل فيما يخص تحديد متطلبات سوق العمل وتضمينها في مناهج تعليم اللغة العربية في المرحلة الجامعية.

The study aimed to identify the degree of achieving the language activities of alignment between university education outcomes and labor market requirements in the Bachelor of Arabic Language Program from the viewpoints of the teaching staff members in the Arabic language departments at King Khalid University. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive survey method by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 67 teaching staff members in the Arabic language departments at King Khalid University. The questionnaire included six axes: requirements related to communication skills, requirements related to thinking skills, requirements related to scientific research skills, requirements related to the learning process and skills, administrative job requirements, and requirements related to practical field application. The main research findings included that the degree to which language activities achieve an alignment between university education outcomes and labor market requirements from the teaching staff members’ viewpoints ranged from "strongly agree" to "agree". Requirements related to communication skills came in first in terms of the degree of approval, but the axis of requirements related to administrative job skills came in last in terms of the degree of approval. The study concluded with recommendations and suggestions that included emphasizing the inclusion of language activities in the curricula for teaching Arabic Language at the university level to meet the requirements of labor market, emphasizing the comprehensive design of language activities to include all aspects of labor market requirements mentioned in the study, and the importance of working with employment agencies and institutions and the labor market with regard to determining the requirements of the labor market and including them in the curricula of teaching Arabic language at the university level.
