تمثل غرض الدراسة بالتعرف على تأثير وجود للأوركسترا المعرفية في الأداء التنظيمي في شركة الخطوط الجوية العراقية وكذلك التعرف على الدور التفاعلي للتداؤب المعرفي في العلاقة بين الأوركسترا المعرفية والأداء التنظيمي. اعتمدت الدراسة المدخل (المختلط) ووظف كلا من المقابلة المهيكلة مع (16) من مديري الأقسام ومكاتب رئيسة في شركة الخطوط الجوية العراقية لتسهم في توضيح مشكلة الدراسة بشكل أكبر، كما تم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات لغرض اختبار الفرضيات، تم توزيع 342 استبانة على موظفي الشركة في قسم (التجاري، امن الطائرات، الفني، عمليات الطيران) وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.22 وبرنامج AMOS V.22. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تأثيرا إيجابيا مباشرا للأوركسترا المعرفية بأبعادها الخمسة (حشد المعرفة، مشاركة المعرفة، اكتساب المعرفة، تكامل المعرفة، تنسيق المعرفة) في الأداء التنظيمي في الشركة أي ينعكس إيجابا على (الأداء المالي، العملاء- السوق، العمليات، تطوير الموظفين، التهيؤ للمستقبل) فضلا عن وجود تأثير تفاعلي لمتغير التداؤب المعرفي على العلاقة بين الأوركسترا المعرفية والأداء التنظيمي.
The purpose of study was to identify the effect of a knowledge orchestration on the organizational performance of Iraqi Airways, as well as to identify the Moderator role of knowledge synergy in the relationship between the knowledge orchestration and organizational performance. The study adopted the (mixed) approach and employed both structured interviews with (16) department managers and head offices in Iraqi Airways to contribute clarifying the study problem further. Also a questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool for purpose of hypothesis testing, 342 questionnaires were distributed to the company's employees in the section (Commercial, Aircraft Security, Technical, Aviation Operations) and analyzed it using SPSS V.22 and AMOS V.22. The results of the study showed that there is a direct positive impact of the knowledge orchestration with its five dimensions (knowledge mobilization, knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge coordination) in company performance, which it reflects positively on (financial performance, customers – market, operations, employee development, Preparing for the future). As well as having moderator effect for knowledge synergy variable on the relationship between the knowledge orchestration and organizational performance.
