على ضوء القراءة التاريخية لوثيقة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم بالمدينة المنورة فيما يخص التسامح والإخاء الإنساني، أنها رسمت الوثيقة التخطيط العام للأمة، وبتطبيق بنودها والتمسك بأحكامها، أذ قامت تلك الدولة على أمتن ركن وأقوى أساس، ثم انتشرت قوية راسخة في مشرق العالم وغربه وتقدم للناس أروع ما عرفته الإنسانية من مظاهر الحضارة والمدنية الصحيحة. أثبتت القراءة التاريخية لبنود الوثيقة حالة الوعي السياسي والفهم والإدراك التي حملتها فقد أذابت الفوارق ووحدت الأمة وقدمت نموذجا يحتذى به في كيفية كتابة وعمل الدساتير لأنها كانت بمثابة عقد اجتماعي رضى عنه جميع الأطراف. بينت الدراسة أن الإسلام رسالته تسامح وإخاء إنساني وعكست الوثيقة وترجمت ذلك في بنودها ونصوصها، فجاءت لتوضح أن واضع بنودها الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم وما يحمله من رسالة هي أصدق وأنبل رسالة جاءت للبشرية والإنسانية لعبادة الله، وأقر تكريم البشر واحترامهم وربطهم برباط مقدس هو رباط المؤاخاة والتسامح، وأن الوثيقة هدفت إلى انضباط الأمة وعلو همتها وارتفاع شأنها. رسمت الوثيقة حقيقة المعاملة بين المسلمين بعضهم بعضا وبين المسلمين وغير المسلمين وبمراجعة هذه البنود يتضح ترفع في المعاشرة عن الغلطة، حسن مسايرة ولطف ومجاملة واحتواء للآخر وقبوله تحت مظلة عدالة الإسلام وصدق وعدالة الوثيقة المبرمة بين المسلمين وغيرهم من أهل المدينة المنورة. قدمت الوثيقة لمحة حضارية عن الإخاء الإنساني والتسامح وحملت بين طياتها حلا لمشكلة الأقليات فريدا من نوعه يدل على أن الحضارة الإسلامية تمتلك الرؤية السليمة والصحيحة، وأن الوثيقة تحترم الآخر وتقدر الكفاءات والعقول المستنيرة. جاءت نصوص الوثيقة حاملة لمبدأ المساواة والإخاء والتسامح وهذه الأمور مجتمعه تعد أحد حقوق الإنسان في الحياة الإنسانية، والمساواة في الإسلام وداخل الوثيقة تعد حقلا خصبا في ميدان الحقوق والواجبات بين كافة الناس حتى ولو مع الأعداء وهذا المبدأ يكفل للمواطنين جميعا في ظل الإنسانية الإسلامية جميع الحريات وكافة الحقوق والواجبات العامة.

The document outlines the reality of the treatment between Muslims and each other and between Muslims and non-Muslims, and by reviewing these articles, it becomes clear that cohabitation is higher than the mistake, good accommodation, kindness, courtesy, containment and acceptance of the other under the umbrella of the justice of Islam and the sincerity and fairness of the document concluded between Muslims and other people of Medina. The document provided a civilized glimpse of human fraternity and tolerance and carried a unique solution to the problem of minorities, indicating that the Islamic civilization possesses a sound and correct vision, and that the document respects the other and appreciates competencies and enlightened minds. The texts of the document came to carry the principle of equality, brotherhood and tolerance, and these matters together are considered one of the human rights in human life, and equality in Islam and within the document is a fertile field in the field of rights and duties among all people, even if with enemies, and this principle guarantees all citizens in light of Islamic humanity all freedoms and all Public rights and duties.
