المستخلص: تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على أهمية المرافقة التربوية والنفسية على التحصيل الدراسي للمراهق المتمدرس من خلال التعرف على واقع الاتصال في المحيط المدرسي وآفاته التربوية والنفسية ومدى تفعيله لآليات المرافقة المجسدة في ممارسة المهارات الاتصالية وفق العملية الاتصالية الفعالة. استخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الشبه تجريبي على عينة متكونة من 76 تلميذ متواجدة بثانوية أحمد شطيبي ببوزريعة. واستخدمت اختبارات دلالة الفرق بين المتوسطين. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود اختلاف بين النتائج الدراسية للتلاميذ قبل خضوعهم لحصص المرافقة في الفصل الأول وبين نتائجهم في الفصل الثاني بعد خضوعهم لهذه الحصص.

In this study, we will study the importance of educational and psychological support on the academic success of schooled adolescents from the angle of the role of communication in the school environment in all its states. For such purposes, we used the semi-experimental method on a sample of 76 students from college Ahmed Chetibi in Bouzareah. In this context, we applied tests of significance of the difference between the averages, which allowed us to note the existence of a significant difference between the school results of the pupils before they follow the courses of accompaniment to the course of the first semester and their results in the second semester after taking these courses.

Dans Cette étude nous étudierons l'importance de l'accompagnement éducatif et psychologique sur la réussite scolaire de l'adolescent scolarisé sous l’angle du rôle de la communication en milieu scolaire dans tous ses états. Pour de tels objectifs, nous avons utilisé la méthode semi expérimentale sur un échantillon de 76 élèves du Lycée Ahmed Chetibi de Bouzareah. Dans ce cadre nous avons appliqué des tests de significativité de la différence entre les moyennes ce qui nous a permis de relever l’existence d’une différence significative entre les résultats scolaires des élèves avant qu'ils ne suivent les cours d'accompagnement au cours du premier semestre et leurs résultats au cours second semestre a
