المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لامتلاك مهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب لدى طلبة كلية التربية/ معلم صف في جامعة دمشق، وأثر متغير الجنس في ذلك، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبانة مكونة من (20) بند، اشتملت على ثلاثة محاور رئيسة: (التخطيط للدروس حسب استراتيجية التعلم) المقلوب، تنفيذ التدريس باستخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب، تقويم نواتج التعلم حسب استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب)، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (65) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية (سنة ثالثة معلم صف) في جامعة دمشق، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - جاءت درجة امتلاك طلبة كلية التربية/ معلم صف لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب منخفضة. - جاءت درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب لدى طلبة كلية التربية/ معلم صف) مرتفعة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجة امتلاك طلبة كلية التربية/ معلم صف لمهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب وفق متغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات احتياج طلبة كلية التربية/ معلم صف للتدرب على مهارات استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب وفق متغير الجنس.

The study aimed to know The degree of education college students' possession of using skills the flipped learning strategy and their training needs, And the impact of the gender variable in that, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of (20) items, which included three main axes: (planning lessons according to the flipped learning strategy, implementing teaching using the flipped learning strategy, evaluating learning outcomes according to the flipped learning strategy, and evaluating learning outcomes according to the flipped learning strategy. Flipped Learning), and it was applied to a random sample of (65) male and female students from the Faculty of Education (third year a class teacher) at Damascus University, and the research reached the following results: • The degree to which students of the College of Education (specialty of a classroom teacher) possess the skills of using the flipped learning strategy is low.- The degree of training needs for the skills of using the flipped learning strategy among students of the College of Education (specialty of class teacher) was high. • There are no statistically significant differences between the means of the degree of possession of the students of the College of Education (specialty of the classroom teacher) of the skills of using the inverted learning strategy according to the gender variable. • There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the College of Education (the specialty of the classroom teacher) to be trained in the skills of using the inverted learning strategy according to the gender variable.
