المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمات ومتعلمات القرآن في تعلم القرآن الكريم وتعليمه، وبيان الحلول المناسبة لمعالجة هذه الصعوبات، وذلك من وجهة نظر معلمات القرآن الألبانيات. انتهجت هذه الدراسة مناهج بحثية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ منها: المنهج الاستقرائي الذي وطفته الدراسة في تتبع واستقراء مفردات الموضوع في مطانها العلمية السابقة، كما وظفت المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الميداني الذي اعتمد على أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة) التي بناها الباحثان لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتم توزيع مئة (100) استبانة إلكترونية على معلمات مراكز القران الألبانيات. بالإضافة إلى أسلوب المقابلة المقننة والمفتوحة باستخدام أداة المقابلة (صحيفة الاستقصاء)، وأجريت المقابلات مع عشرين معلمة من معلمات المراكز القرآنية الألبانيات من خلال المنصات الإلكترونية الحديثة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، منها: - أن أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه متعلمات القرآن الكريم للناطقات بغير العربية من وجهة نطر معلماتهن في ألبانيا: الضعف في اللغة العربية؛ والانشغال بالتواصل الاجتماعي، والتركيز على الحفظ دون تعلم أحكام القرآن وفهم آياته. - أن أهم الأمور لتحسين تعليم القرآن الكريم من وجهة نظر المعلمات في ألبانيا: التذكير المتواصل بفضائل تعلم القران الكريم وتعليمه، وغرس حب القران الكريم في حلقات تعلم القران الكريم، وضرورة عقد دورات تأهيلية للمعلمات في اللغة العربية من مستوى مبتدئ إلى مستوى متقدم، وإتقان التلاوة، وتدبر القران الكريم وتفسيره، وتشجيع الوقف الخيري لدعم مراكز القران. - أن الوضع الاقتصادي الضعيف في ألبانيا انعكس سلبا على المعلمات والمتعلمات من حيث تعليمهن القرآن الكريم وتعلمه. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توظيف وسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في خدمة القرآن الكريم تعلما وتعليما، بالإضافة إلى دعوة الباحثين لإجراء مزيد من الأبحاث حول تعلم وتعليم القرآن الكريم للناطقين بغير العربية في سبيل خدمة المسلمين في الغرب وغيره.

This study aims to identify the most important difficulties that face the female teachers of the Noble Qur’an in learning and teaching the Holy Qur’an and to indicate the appropriate solutions to address these difficulties, from the point of view of the Albanian Qur’an female teachers. This study adopted research methods to achieve the objectives of the study, Including the inductive approach that the study employed in tracking and extrapolating the subject’s vocabulary in its previous scientific perspectives. It also employed the descriptive approach using the field survey method that relied on the study tool (the questionnaire) built by the researchers to achieve the objectives of the study, where one hundred (100) electronic questionnaires were distributed to Albanian Qur’an enters. The stud also used to the structured and open interview method using the interview tool (the survey newspaper), where interviews were conducted with twenty female teachers of the Albanian Qur’anic centers though modern electronic platforms. The study reached several results, including: - The most prominent difficulties faced by female learners of the Noble Qur’an for non-Arabic speakers from the point of view of their teachers in Albania were: the weakness in the Arabic language, preoccupation with social communication, and focus on memorizing without learning the provisions of the Noble Qur’an and understanding its verses. - The most important matters for improving the teaching of the Holy Qur’an from the point of view of female teachers in Albania were: the continuous reminding of the virtues of learning and teaching the Holy Qur’an and instilling love of the Holy Qur’an in the Qur’an learning circles as well as the necessity of holding training courses for female teachers in the Arabic language from beginner to advanced levels, mastering recitation, managing and interpreting the Holy Qur’an and encouraging charitable endowments to support Qur'an centers. - The weak economic situation in Albania reflected negatively on male and female teachers and learners in terms of their learning and teaching the Noble Qur’an. - The study recommended the necessity of employing modem technology in the service of the Noble Qur’an’s learning and teaching, in addition to inviting researchers to conduct more research on learning and teaching the Noble Qur’an to non-Arabic speakers in order to serve Muslims in the West and elsewhere.
