المستخلص: في الجزائر، يتم تدريس المواد العلمية باللغة العربية فقط في المدرسة الثانوية، مما يجعل خريجي الثانوية الجزائرية الجدد يجدون صعوبة في بناء المعرفة التأديبية الأساسية باللغة الفرنسية، لا سيما تلك المتعلقة بالإنتاج الكتابي. في مواجهة هذه الملاحظة، حاولنا، من خلال هذه المقالة، تلخيص كيف يمكن أن يؤدي تحليل احتياجات المتعلمين إلى تصميم معيار الكفاءة للإنتاج الكتابي، باللغة الفرنسية حول أهداف الجامعة (FOU)، وهو نهج الأخير يمر حتما بخمس مراحل للتوصل إلى إطار مرجعي. تابعناهم خلال بحثنا للتوصل إلى بعض الأهداف والتوقعات المقترحة للإنتاج الكتابي لاكتسابه مخصص لجمهور محدد للغاية: طلاب السنة الأولى في قطاع "العلوم التجارية" بجامعة جيلالي. ليابس سيدي بلعباس.

In Algeria, scientific subjects in the secondary school, are exclusively taught in the Arabic language, causing difficulties in the acquisition of the basic disciplinary French language knowledge, notably that concerning "written expression". Therefore, we have tried, through this article, to resume how the learners' needs analysis can achieve the conception of a "written expression" competency referencial in French about University Objectives (FUO). The latter's approach must inevitably go through five stages in order to achieve a referential. We have followed them throughout our research to result in a set of objectives ' prepositions and written expression expectations to be acquired, and intended for a specific audience: the first year 's commercial sciences students at Djilali Lyabes university.

En Algérie, Les matières scientifiques sont enseignées uniquement en langue arabe au lycée, causant aux nouveaux bacheliers algériens des difficultés à construire des connaissances disciplinaires de base en langue française notamment celle qui concerne la production écrite. Face à ce constat, nous avons essayé, à travers cet article, de résumer comment une analyse des besoins des apprenants peut aboutir à une conception d’un référentiel de compétence de la production écrite, en Français sur Objectifs Universitaires (FOU), la démarche de ce dernier passe inéluctablement par cinq étapes pour aboutir à un référentiel. Nous les avons suivies tout au long de notre recherche pour aboutir à quelques propositions d’objectifs et attentes de production écrite à acquérir destinées à un public bien spécifique: les étudiants de première année de la filière «sciences commerciales» à l’université de Djilali Liabes de Sidi Bel Abbes.
