|a هدف البحث: إلى تعرف على الإطار النظري للتنمية المهنية للمعلمين في ضوء جودة حياة العمل، وعرض وتحليل مجال جودة حياة العمل في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ثم التوصل إلى توصيات لتفعيل جودة حياة العمل للمعلمين، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أهمية تفعيل دور المعلم في حل مشكلات المجتمع، ندرة توفر إجراءات تجنب الإضرار الصحية والأخطار المهنية، اشتراك المعلمين في البرامج التدريبية لتطوير أدائهم، كما أن الظروف الشخصية تؤثر على مستوى أدائهم الوظيفي، الحوافز والمكافئات لا تقدم بصورة دورية، فضلا عن أن توزيع المهام بين الزملاء لا يتمتع بالعدالة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسات السابقة: وجود بعض المشكلات مع معلمي الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي عن تحقيق معايير الجودة في عمله ومنها: البيروقراطية الشديدة في اتخاذ القرارات، وندرة قيام الإدارة بعمل خريطة تدريبية لتوجيه المعلمين إلى مجالات التدريب المهمة التي تعمل على إحداث التنمية المهنية، فضلا عن قلة اهتمام الإدارة بعمل حصر للاحتياجات التدريبية، وضعف التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ الجيد للخطط الموضوعة للتنمية المهنية للمعلم.
|b The aim of the research: to search in the research on the theoretical professional development for teachers, and to present the quality of work life in the basic education stage from the point of view of the study, then recommendations for activating the quality of work life for teachers, and the research used the descriptive approach. Search results: Al-Tanaim agreed on the sea. The importance of activating the role of the teacher in solving community problems. Securities are exchanged, and they feel stability and job security. Scarcity provides avoidance of occupational hazard harm The scarcity of their participation in training programs to develop their performance, and personal circumstances affect the level of their job performance. Incentives and rewards are not offered periodically, in addition to the unfair distribution of tasks among colleagues. The results of previous studies showed: There are some problems with teachers of the second cycle of basic education about achieving quality standards in their work, including: The severe bureaucracy in decision-making, and the scarcity of the administration making a training map to direct the sample to the important areas of training that work to bring about professional development, as well as the administration’s lack of interest in making an inventory of training needs, and poor planning, organization and good implementation of the plans for professional development of the teacher.
