|a هدف البحث: يهدف إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس على ضوء أحد المعايير الدولية، وعرض وتحليل كيفية تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس على ضوء أحد المعايير الدولية، من خلال مجموعة من التوصيات لتطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري على ضوء أحد المعايير الدولية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصل البحث إلى: أهمية تفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية في حل مشكلات المجتمع، أن هناك محدودية المعايير الموضوعية لتقييم أداء الإداريين، وإن المخصصات المالية غير كافية للتجهيزات (للمعامل – والمدرجات والقاعات الدراسية) بالإضافة إلى ضعف توافر برامج تدريبة مميزة للعاملين داخل المدرسة، وقله توافر قاعدة بيانات مناسبة في كافة أعمال ومحاولات عمل المدرسة (إلكترونية). وكذلك محدودية تشجيع المتميزين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم، وقلة الحوافز والمكافآت للإداريين داخل المدرسة.
