المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف مدى إسهام الإفصاح الأكاديمي في التنبؤ بمناصرة الآخرين، لدى طلاب الجامعة. وتضمنت عينة الدراسة (٤٠٣) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب جامعة الوادي الجديد، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢م طبق عليهم مقياس الإفصاح الأكاديمي (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس مناصرة الآخرين (إعداد الباحث). وأشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد مستوى كبير من الإفصاح الأكاديمي، لدى عينة البحث. ويوجد مستوى كبير من مناصرة الآخرين، لدى عينة البحث. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الإفصاح الأكاديمي، ترجع إلى متغير النوع (ذكور- إناث) لدى عينة البحث. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الإفصاح الأكاديمي، ترجع إلى متغير التخصص (علمي- أدبي) لدى عينة البحث. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في أبعاد مناصرة الآخرين ودرجتها الكلية، ترجع إلى متغير النوع (ذكور- إناث) لدى عينة البحث. ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في أبعاد مناصرة الآخرين ودرجتها الكلية، ترجع إلى متغير التخصص (علمي- أدبي) لدى عينة البحث. وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين جميع أبعاد الإفصاح الأكاديمي، ودرجته الكلية، وجميع أبعاد مناصرة الآخرين، ودرجتها الكلية؛ عدا بعد (النية)، فارتباطه سالبا. ويمكن التنبؤ بمناصرة الآخرين من خلال الإفصاح الأكاديمي.

The current study aims to know the extent to which academic disclosure to predicting the advocacy of others among university students. The sample included (403) students from New Valley University, in the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022 AD, on whom to the academic disclosure scale, and others advocacy scale (prepared by the researcher). The most important results of the study indicated that there is a high level of academic disclosure among the sample. There is a high level of advocacy of others, among the sample. There are no statistically significant differences in academic disclosure, due to the gender variable (male- female) in the sample. There are no statistically significant differences in academic disclosure, due to the specialization variable (scientific-literary) in the sample. There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of advocacy of others and its total degree, due to the gender variable (males- females) in the sample. There are no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of advocacy of others and its total degree, due to the specialization variable (scientific-literary) in the research sample. There is a positive and statistically significant correlation between all dimensions of academic disclosure, and its total degree, and all dimensions of advocacy of others, and its total degree; Except (intention) dimension, which correlation is negative. Advocacy of others can be predicted through academic disclosure.
