المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تحقق التحول الرقمي بأقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية، فضلًا عن رصد المتطلبات الفكرية والتقنية للتحول الرقمي وآليات العمل الرقمي بتلك الأقسام، وإلى أي مدى تم تحول العملية التعليمية رقميًا، بالإضافة إلى تحديد معوقات التحول الرقمي بأقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي الميداني بالتطبيق على هذه الأقسام التي بلغ عددها 21 قسمًا علميًا، وتم تصميم أداة استبيان مقسم إلى أربعة محاور رئيسية تمثلت في:(متطلبات فكرية وتقنية-آليات العمل الرقمي- تحول التعليم رقميا- معوقات التحول الرقمي داخل القسم). وتمثلت أهم نتائج استجابات أقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية فيما يتعلق بالمتطلبات الفكرية والتقنية للأقسام، وبلغت أعلى نسبة لها بجامعة المنصورة بنسبة 78,13 %، أما بالنسبة للمحور الثاني للدراسة المتعلق بآليات العمل الرقمي داخل القسم، فتفوقت جامعة المنصورة أيضًا 73,89%، بينما جاءت في المرتبة الثانية جامعة كفر الشيخ بنسبة 68,42%، وفيما يتعلق باستجابات المحور الثالث المتعلق بتحول التعليم رقميًا داخل أقسام الوثائق والمكتبات والمعلومات بالجامعات المصرية احتل المركز الأول جامعة المنوفية بنسبة 100%، والمركز الثاني تساوت جامعتي(طنطا-الفيوم) بنسبة 78,57، أما معوقات التحول الرقمي فتساوت جامعتي(بنى سويف-بنها) بنسبة 63,64%، واتفقت جامعتان وهما: (قناة السويس-الإسكندرية) في نفس النسبة 54,55%، والنتيجة الصفرية كانت لقسم المكتبات والمعلومات جامعة طنطا. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تكوين لجنة في كل قسم علمي من أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتميزين في المجال التقني (تسمى لجنة التحول الرقمي) من أجل رصد ومتابعة تحويل القسم رقميًا في العملية التعليمية من جانب وأن يتم تواصل كل أعضاء اللجان على مستوى كافة الأقسام المناظرة بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية بشكل دوري كمائدة علمية مستديرة للاستفادة من خبرات بعضهم البعض، فضلًا عن حل المشكلات القائمة والاستعانة بالحلول المناسبة المتوفرة في البعض منها.

The study aims to identify the extent to which digital transformation has been achieved in the documents, libraries and information departments in Egyptian public universities, as well as monitoring the intellectual and technical requirements for digital transformation and the mechanisms of digital work in those departments, and to what extent the educational process has been digitally transformed, in addition to identifying obstacles to digital transformation in the departments of documents, libraries and information in universities. The study also relied on the field survey approach by applying to these departments, which numbered 21 scientific departments, and a questionnaire tool was designed divided into four main axes represented in (intellectual and technical requirements - digital work mechanisms - digital transformation of education-obstacles to digital transformation within the department). The most important results of the responses of the documents, libraries and information departments of Egyptian public universities regarding the intellectual and technical requirements of the departments of documents, libraries and information in Egyptian public universities reached the highest percentage, Mansoura University, at 78.13%. As for the second axis of the study related to digital work mechanisms within the department, Mansoura University also excelled 73.89% while Kafrelsheikh University ranked second with a rate of 68.42%, and with regard to the responses of the third axis related to the digital transformation of education within the departments of documents, libraries and information in Egyptian universities, Menoufia University ranked first with 100%, and the second center was equal to my university (Tanta- Fayoum) with a rate of 78.57, while the obstacles to digital transformation are equal to the two universities (Bani Suef- Benha) by 63.64%, and the two universities (Suez Canal - Alexandria) agreed in the same ratio of 54.55%, and the zero result was for the Department of Libraries and Information, Tanta University. The study recommended the need to form a committee in each scientific department of distinguished faculty members in the technical field (called the Digital Transformation Committee) in order to monitor and follow up on the digital transformation of the department in the educational process on the one hand, and that all members of the committees communicate at the level of all corresponding departments in Egyptian public universities in a manner My role as a scientific round table to benefit from each other's experiences as well as to solve existing problems and use the appropriate solutions available in some of them.
