المستخلص: Woman’s work has become a necessity to overcome the hardships of life and to provide the well-being that any family aspires to. This has affected the mother’s relationship with her children and their academic achievement. Mothers usually play the role of the second teacher after school to raise their children’s academic achievement. However, as they go out to work, this mission became almost impossible, especially under the pressures women are going through with their work and their family obligations. Hence, this study aims to highlight some key points in the impact of woman’s work on schoolchild and an attempt to identify the impact caused by the mother’s absence on the proper child’s education and upbringing as well as its consequences on his level and success at school.
