يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح فاعلية تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تحقيق أهداف تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم التوصل للنتائج التالية: 1-استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها يساعد الدارس على اكتساب مهارة الاستماع بدرجة كبيرة، ويتم ذلك بتدريب الدارس على التعرف على الأصوات وتمييز ما بينها من اختلافات مع فهم ما يسمع من حديث باللغة العربية وإدراك ما بينه من علاقات. 2-أهداف مهارة الكلام تتحقق بدرجة كبيرة ويتم ذلك من خلال نطق الأصوات نطقا صحيحا مع التمييز بين الحركات واستخدام التعبيرات المناسبة مع التحدث بعبارات مترابطة ومتدرجة إلى أن يصل إلى الحوار مع الناطقين بالعربية ومحاولة إلقاء الخطب. 3-مهارة القراءة يتم تحقيقها بدرجة متوسطة ويتم ذلك بتدريب الدارس على قراءة النصوص بطريقة صحيحة مع ربط الرموز الصوتية ومعرفة المترادفات والمشترك اللفظي واستنتاج المعاني من النصوص مع التمييز بين الأفكار. 4-مهارة الكتابة يتم تحقيقها بدرجة متوسطة بمعرفة الطريقة الصحيحة لكتابة الحروف والكلمات بصورة منفصلة ومتصلة مع مراعاة علامات الترقيم وقواعد الكتابة الأساسية مع التدريب على استخدام اللغة في الحياة اليومية. 5-يلم الدارس ببعض جوانب الثقافة الإسلامية بدرجة متوسطة من خلال التعريف الصحيح بالعقيدة وأداء العبادات مع حفظ وفهم ما تيسر من القرآن الكريم والحديث الشريف وقدر من سيرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مع مساعدة الدارس وتدريبه لكي يكون داعيا وناشرا للدين الإسلامي. بناء على هذه النتائج تمت التوصية بالتالي: 1-تطوير المحتوى بصورة مستمرة. 2-الاهتمام بالتدريب العملي. 3-زيادة الزمن المخصص للتدريس لرفع معدل تحقيق الأهداف.
This research aims to clarify the role of communication technology in achieving the objectives of teaching Arabic to nonnative speakers. The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and after processing the data statistically, the following results were reached: 1- The use of communication technology in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers helps the student to acquire the skill of listening to a large extent, and this is done by training the student to recognize sounds and distinguish the differences between them while understanding what he hears from speech in Arabic and understanding the relationships between them. 2- The objectives of the speaking skill are achieved to a large extent and this is done through the correct pronunciation of sounds with distinction between movements and the use of appropriate expressions while speaking in coherent and gradual terms until it reaches dialogue with Arabic speakers and delivering speeches. 3- The reading skill is achieved to a medium degree, and this is done by training the student to read texts in a correct manner, linking phonetic symbols, knowing synonyms, verbal common, and deducing meanings from texts, while distinguishing between the level of ideas. 4- Writing skill is achieved to a moderate degree by knowing the correct way to write letters and words separately and in a continuum, taking into account punctuation marks and basic writing rules with training in using language in daily life. 5- The student is familiar with some aspects of Islamic culture to a moderate degree through the correct definition of the faith and the performance of worship with the memorization and understanding of what is available from the Holy Qur’an and the Noble Hadith and an estimate of the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, with the help and training of the student in order to be a caller and spreader of the Islamic religion. Based on these results, the following was recommended: 1- Continuously developing content. 2- Pay attention to practical training 3- Increasing the time allocated to teaching to raise the rate of achieving goals
