المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي لدراسة مهارات التفاوض بمحاورها (الاستماع والحوار، ضبط الانفعالات، التروي منق اتخاذ القرار) والإجمالي وعلاقتها بمواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري بمحاورها (سلبيات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ضعف الروابط الأسرية، العنف الأسري) والإجمالي، لدى عينة من ربات الأسر. حيث تم استيفاء البيانات من خلال تطبيق أدوات البحث المتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان مهارات التفاوض، استبيان مواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واشتملت عينة البحث على عينة مكونة من ٢٥٧ ربة أسرة من بعض مدن وقرى بمحافظة الدقهلية. ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة وتم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا لدى عينة البحث بين مهارات التفاوض (الاستماع والحوار، ضبط الانفعالات، التروي في اتخاذ القرار) والإجمالي، ومواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري (سلبيات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ضعف الروابط الأسرية، العنف الأسرى) والإجمالي، لدى عينة من ربات الأسر. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث لصالح سكان الحضر في مهارة (الاستماع والحوار) ولصالح سكان الريف في مهارة (التروي في اتخاذ القرار). وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث لصالح ربات الأسر غير العاملات في مهارة (الاستماع والحوار، ضبط الانفعالات وإجمالي مهارات التفاوض). وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث في كلا من مهارة (الاستماع والحوار، ضبط الانفعالات، التروي في اتخاذ القرار) وإجمالي مهارات التفاوض لدى ربة الأسرة تبعا للمستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة ومستوى دخل الأسرة الشهري لصالح المستوى الأعلى. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث لصالح سكان الحضر في مواجهة (سلبيات مواقع التواصل، العنف الأسري، إجمالي مهددات الأمن الأسري). وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث لصالح ربات الأسر غير العاملات في مواجهة (سلبيات مواقع التواصل، ضعف الروابط الأسرية) إجمالي مواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في كلا من مواجهة (سلبيات مواقع التواصل، ضعف الروابط الأسرية، العنف الأسري) وإجمالي مواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري لدى ربة الأسرة تبعا للمستوى التعليمي الأعلى ومستوى دخل الأسرة الشهري الأعلى. كما اتضح أن مهارة ضبط الانفعالات كانت من أكثر العوامل المؤثرة على مواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسرى. لذا يوصي البحث بتوعية ربات الأسر عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بفنون ومهارات التفاوض كوسيلة من وسائل مواجهة مهددات الأمن الأسري للحفاظ على أمن واستقرار الأسرة.

The objective of the research is to study the relationship of house wife’s negotiations skills (listening and communication, responses discipline, deliberate decision taking) and the total and their relationships with confronting family security threats (social media websites, weakness of family ties, domestic violence) and The total. The research followed the descriptive and analytical method. The research is applied on an intentional sample of 257 housewives belonging to different cities and villages in Dakalia governorate from different social and economic levels. The data was analyzed and the appropriate statistical treatment were performed using (Spss) program. The research has concluded that: there is a correlation of statistical significances of housewife’s negotiation skills (listening and communication, responses discipline, deliberate decision taking) the total and their relationship with confronting family security threats (social media websites, weakness of family ties, domestic violence) and The total. The research has also concluded that there are differences in statistical significances between the city residence of the sample of the research in the skill o of (listening and communication), it showed some higher levels in favor of village residence in the skill of delebrate decision taking, where as there are differences in the skills of response discipline and total negotiation skill according to the place of residence. Results showed statistical significances in favor of nonworking housewives in the skills of (listening and communications, discipline of responses and total negotiation skills) where as there is no difference in the statistical significance in the skill of delebrate decision taking in terms of housewife employment status. There are differences in statistical significances between the average scores of the sample of the research in the skill of (listening communication and responses discipline and delebrate decision taking) and the total negotiation skills according to the educational level of the housewife and family monthly income in favor of the higher level. There are differences in statistical significances between the average scores of the sample of the research in favor of city residence in confronting (negative consequences of social media websites, the weakness of family ties) and the total family security threats. Whereas there are no differences in statistical significances in confronting domestic violence in terms of housewife job status. There are differences in statistical significances between the average scores of the sample of the research in terms of domestic violence and the total confronting of family threats according to the housewife educational level and the family monthly income in favor of the higher level. It is clearly shown that responses discipline was one of the most influential factors in confronting family security threats followed by the skills of listening and communication followed by the skill of delebrate decision taking. The research recommended the following: raising the awareness of house wives - via diverse mass media - by means of arts and skills negotiation as medium of confronting family security threats to maintain family stability and security.
