|a يهدف البحث إلى اختبار التأثير بين التمكين الهيكلي (المتغير المستقل) والأداء الإبداعي للعاملين (المتغير التابع)، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم تصميم مخطط فرضي يوضح طبيعة العلاقة ما بين متغيرات البحث، ولغرض اختبار فرضيات البحث، تم تطبيقه على عينة من العاملين في (مديرية بلدية كربلاء المقدسة) للحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة من خلال (الاستبانة) التي أعدت لهذا الغرض إذ تكون مجتمع البحث من (٥٤٠) فردا، وقد مثل العدد (226) فردا حجم العينة التي مثلت شريحة العاملين في مديرية بلدية كربلاء المقدسة (المركز)، وقد استخدم في البحث الحالي أدوات إحصائية عدة للوصول إلى النتائج المتعلقة بها، ومن أهمها (معامل كرونباخ ألفا، والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي، والانحراف المعياري، والوسط الحسابي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون (Pearson)، ونمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية، ومعامل التحديد (R2)، عن طريق البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS.V.25;Amos V.23). وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها (وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة معنوية موجبة بين متغير التمكين الهيكلي ومتغير الأداء الإبداعي للعاملين)، وبناء على هذه الاستنتاجات قدم الباحث مجموعة توصيات أبرزها ضرورة أن تسعى مديرية بلدية كربلاء إلى زيادة الاهتمام بجانب التمكين الهيكلي للعاملين فيها لغرض تحقيق الأهداف المخطط لها، من خلال زيادة الاهتمام بجانب الأداء الإبداعي للعاملين فيها، ولغرض إثارة مواهبهم ومقدراتهم الفكرية لتمكنهم من وضع حلول مناسبة لمشكلات العمل التي تعيق إنجاز مهامهم.
|b The objective of the current research is to test the effect between structural empowerment (the independent variable) and the creative performance of workers (the dependent variable). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a hypothesis scheme was designed that explains the nature of the relationship between the research variables, and for the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the current research, the research was applied to a sample of workers in the (Directorate of the Holy Karbala Municipality) whose aim is to obtain the required information through the (questionnaire) which was prepared For this purpose, as the study population consisted of (540) individuals, and the number (226) individuals represented the size of the sample that represented the segment of workers in the Directorate of the Holy Karbala Municipality (the center). Several statistical tools were used in the current research to reach the results related to it, the most important of which are (Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling, coefficient of determination (R2), through Statistical software (SPSS.V.25;Amos.V.23).)),The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is (there is a correlation and effect with a positive moral significance between the variable of structural empowerment and the variable of creative performance of workers). For its employees for the purpose of achieving its planned goals, by increasing attention to the creative performance of its employees for the purpose of stimulating their talents and intellectual abilities to enable them to develop appropriate solutions to work problems that may hinder the completion of their tasks..
