المستخلص: This contribution aims to show the importance of setting up a training offer for university teachers. Indeed, it is a question of highlighting professorial professional competences through the presentation of a profile of competences peculiar to the university teacher. In addition, this article presents the psychological predispositions that would constitute the typical profile of the teacher. Two profiles are retained: the "social type", and "extraversion, intuition, feeling, judgment" better known by the acronym ENFJ.

Cette contribution vise à montrer l’importance de la mise en place d’une offre de formation au profit des enseignants universitaires. En effet, il s’agit de mettre en exergue les compétences professionnelles professorales à travers la présentation d’un profil de compétences propre à l’enseignant universitaire. De plus, le présent article présente les prédispositions psychologiques qui constitueraient le profil-type de l’enseignant. Deux profils sont retenus: le « type social », et le « extraversion, intuition, sentiment, jugement » mieux connu sous l’acronyme ENFJ.
