|b This work deals with the theme of customer relationships in companies, which tends to be more digitalized, in particular through the marketing function and the tools made available to it. The methodological approach adopted is mainly descriptive, followed by an empirical study through the analysis of the customer relationship of 5 e-commerce companies in Algeria.
