المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بحث واقع تقويم أداء المعلم في ضوء المؤشرات التعليمية من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات في مدينة الطائف، كما تتمثل مشكلة البحث في التعرف على هذا الواقع، والمعوقات التي تواجه المشرفات التربويات في تقويم المعلمات، باستخدام المؤشرات التعليمية، وبحث الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العينة حول درجة توافر مهارات تقويم المعلم، والتي تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص، سنوات الخدمة، المستوى التعليمي)، ومن ثم محاولة وضع التوصيات والمقترحات الإجرائية اللازمة لتفعيل دور المشرفات التربويات في تقويم المعلمات باستخدام المؤشرات التعليمية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وعلى الاستبانة المكونة من ثلاثة محاور (المؤشرات الإدارية-المتطلبات الفنية-تحديات تقويم أداء المعلمين في ضوء نظام المؤشرات التعليمية). وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: ارتفاع واقع تقويم أداء المعلم في ضوء المؤشرات التعليمية (الإدارية، والفنية)، من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة؛ كما أوضح البحث أن هناك ارتفاعا في مستوى التحديات (المعوقات)، لواقع تقويم أداء المعلمات في ضوء نظام المؤشرات التعليمية، وبين البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، حول درجة توافر مهارات تقويم المعلم، تعزى لمتغير التخصص، في حين أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري (سنوات الخدمة-المستوى التعليمي).

this research aims to examine the reality of evaluating teacher performance in the light of educational indicators from the point of view of educational supervisors in the city of Taif. The problem of this research is also to identify this reality, and the obstacles that female educational supervisors face in evaluating female teachers using educational indicators; and examining the statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample about the degree of availability of teacher evaluation skills that are attributed to the variables (specialization, years of service, educational level), and then trying to develop recommendations and procedural proposals necessary to activate the role of educational supervisors in evaluating female teachers using educational indicators. To achieve the objectives of this research, the descriptive analytical method was relied on, and the questionnaire consisted of three axes (administrative indicators - technical requirements - challenges of evaluating teachers' performance considering the educational indicators system). this research reached several results, the most important of which are: the high reality of evaluating the teacher’s performance in the light of educational indicators (administrative and technical) from the point of view of this research sample members; this research also showed that there is a rise in the level of challenges (obstacles) to the reality of evaluating the performance of female teachers in the light of the educational indicators system. this research showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of this research sample members, about the degree of availability of teacher assessment skills, due to the variable of specialization, while there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of this research sample members due to the two variables (years of service - educational level).
