المستخلص: الهدف الرئيسي من الدراسة هو قياس مدى استمرارية تحقيق عناصر الجودة في قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة الأزهر فرع المنوفية، وغطت الدراسة الفترة الزمنية من تاريخ اعتماد القسم في 29 مايو 2017. حتى إغلاق الدراسة في فبراير 2021، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وتمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في قائمة المراجعة والمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن قسم المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة الأزهر فرع المنوفية مستمر في تحقيق عناصر الجودة، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة ضرورة سرعة حركة التنقلات في الإدارات المختلفة وعمل الترتيبات اللازمة نتيجة إحالة الموظفين إلى التقاعد، ضرورة زيادة معدل تنمية الموارد الذاتية للقسم لدعم موارده بشكل كاف، وضرورة العمل على تغيير اللوائح تغيير اللائحة الدراسية للقسم بما يسمح إدراج التدريب الميداني وتوصيفه وفقا لنواتج التعلم المستهدفة للبرنامج، ضرورة العمل على إشراك القسم في المشروعات البحثية الممولة من المؤسسات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، والعمل على سرعة إدخال برنامج للدراسات العليا لقسم المكتبات والمعلومات، والعمل على تمثيل الأطراف المجتمعية في صنع القرار في القسم.

The main objective of the study is to measure the extent of the continuity of achieving quality elements in the Department of Library and Information at Al- Azhar University, Menoufia Branch, and the study covered the time period from the date of the department’s approval on May 29, 2017. Until the study’s closure in February 2021, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the data collection tools were represented in The reference list, personal interview and observation, and one of the most important results of the study is that the Department of Library and Information at Al-Azhar University, Menoufia Branch, continues to achieve the elements of quality, Among the most important recommendations of the study is the necessity of speeding up the movement of movements in the various departments and making the necessary arrangements as a result of referring employees to retirement, the need to increase the rate of self-resource development of the department to adequately support its resources, and the need to work on changing the bylaws of changing the department’s school bylaw to allow the inclusion of field training and its description according to learning outcomes. The target of the program is the need to work on engaging the department in research projects funded by local, regional and international institutions, and to work on speeding up the introduction of a postgraduate program for the Department of Library and Information, and to work on representing community parties in decision-making in the department.
