|b This study aims to reveal the contribution of organizational justice in achieving organizational trust among university library employees at Ziane Achour University, Djelfa, This is by revealing the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and organizational trust, The descriptive approach was used and the questionnaire was used as a tool in data collection by applying it to a sample of 57 employees, and the SPSS statistical package program was used to analyze the data obtained. The results obtained: Organizational justice contributes to achieving organizational confidence among the study sample.
