المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال وعلاقتها بفريق عمل المدرسة في مدارس مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين فيها، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (162) مدرسة و(3377) معلم ومعلمة وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة وفق الطرق الإحصائية المعروفة بلغت (550) معلم ومعلمة، وطورت أداة استبانة تم عرضها على المحكمين في الجامعات الأردنية وتم تعديلها وفق توصياتهم لتصبح (44) فقرة، وتكونت الاستبانة من محورين أولهما محور الإدارة بالتجوال بأربعة مجالات (شخصية القائد، العلاقات، التحفيز واكتشاف الحقائق) والمحور الثاني هو عمل المدرسة كفريق عمل بثلاث مجالات هي (بناء الفريق، إدارة الفريق والعمل بروح الفريق) واعتمدت الدراسة حزم التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.86) ودرجة عمل المدرسة كفريق عمل بدرجة مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.95)، وتوصلت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى لمتغير الجنس بالنسبة لمجال شخصية القائد والعلاقات والتحفيز، وفروق دالة إحصائيا لمجال العلاقات والتحفيز تعزى للمؤهل العلمي، وفروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح الخدمة الأكبر ولكل المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل ولكل مجالات محور عمل المدرسة كفريق عمل، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال وعلاقتها بفريق عمل المدرسة كفريق عمل في مدارس مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق، وأوصت الدراسة تعزيز عمل الإدارات في المدارس بأسلوب الإدارة بالتجوال وربطه بعمل المدرسة كفريق عمل ونشر فكرة العمل بروح الفريق بحيث تكون تتصف وتنسب المنجزات لفريق المدرسة، تزويد المدراء والمعلمين بالدورات التدريبية التي تظهر علاقة الإدارة بفرق العمل وتطبيقها في العمل المدرسي وعلى مدار العام الدراسي.

The study aims to identify the degree of management by wandering around practice and its relationship with the school team in the schools of the Directorate of Education of AL Mafraq from the point of view of teachers in it, the study followed the descriptive survey and correlative survey, and the study population of (162) schools and (3377) teachers and the sample of the study was chosen according to the methods The well-known statistic reached (550) teachers and developed a questionnaire tool that was presented to the arbitrators in the Jordanian universities and was amended according to their recommendations to become (44) paragraphs. The questionnaire consisted of two axes, the first of which is the management axis by roaming four fields (personality of the leader, relations, motivation and discovering facts) and the axis. Th The study adopted the statistical analysis packages (SPSS). The study found that the degree of practice of roaming management was high with an arithmetic average (3.86) and the degree of work of the school as a team work with a high degree. With an arithmetic mean (3.95), I found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the gender variable in the field of personality leader, relations and motivation, and statistically significant differences in the field of relations and motivation attributable to the educational qualification, and statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of service years in favor of the largest service And for all fields, The study found that there is no correlation between the degree of management by wandering around and its relationship with the school team as a team in the schools of the Directorate of Education of AL. Mafraq, and the study recommended strengthening the work of departments in schools Providing the management by wandering around of the school team as a team and spreading the idea of working in a team spirit so that they are characterized and attributed the achievements of the school team, provide managers and teachers with training courses that show the relationship of management teams and applied in school work and throughout the school years.
