المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إعداد قائمة بالمسؤوليات الاجتماعية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، مرتبة حسب أهميتها وضرورتها في الجامعات المصرية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وخصائصها، في ضوء مشكلة الدراسة، وطبيعتها، والأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ تم تطبيق استطلاع رأي على عينة من بعض خبراء التربية بالجامعات المصرية؛ للتعرف على أهم أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر هؤلاء الخبراء، وبلغت عينة الخبراء (۷۰) خبيرا من أستاذ، وأستاذ مساعد من بعض الكليات بالجامعات المصرية وهى الإسكندرية، وعين شمس، وأسيوط، والمنصورة، والزقازيق، وطنطا، والسادات، ودمياط، والمنيا، والفيوم، ومطروح، وكفر الشيخ، ودمنهور، والأزهر؛ لاستقصاء آرائهم حول موضوع الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى قائمة بأبرز المسؤوليات الاجتماعية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس مرتبة حسب أهميتها ومنها في مجال التدريس يُحافظ على أخلاقيات وسلوكيات مهنته، يلتزم بمواعيد محاضراته بانتظام، وفي مجال البحث العلمي ويمتلك موضوعية وأمانة علمية في تنفيذ أبحاثه، ويلتزم بقواعد السلوك البحثي والأخلاقيات العلمية، وفي مجال خدمة المجتمع توعية الطلاب بالأنشطة الجامعية المجتمعية المتاحة، ويُشجعهم على المشاركة بها ويُسهم في دراسة المشكلات الاجتماعية، ومعرفة العوامل التي تقف وراءها، ويعمل على حلها، ومن ثم اقتراح السبل والإجراءات والآليات اللازمة التي يمكن تنفيذها لتفعيل المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وزيادة وعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها.

The study aims to prepare a list of the social responsibilities of faculty members, arranged according to their importance and necessity in Egyptian universities, by identifying the dimensions of social responsibility and its characteristics, in light of the problem of the study, its nature, and the goals it seeks to achieve. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach; An opinion poll was applied to a sample of some education experts in Egyptian universities. To identify the most important dimensions of social responsibility among faculty members in Egyptian universities from the point of view of these experts. The sample of experts reached (70) experts, including professors and assistant professors, from some faculties in Egyptian universities, including Alexandria, Ain Shams, Assiut, Mansoura, Zigzag, Tanta, and Sadat. Damietta, Minya, Fayoum, Matrouh, Kafr El-Sheikh, Damanhur, and Al-Azhar. To survey their opinions on the subject of the study, The study came up with a list of the most prominent social responsibilities of faculty members, arranged according to their importance, including in the field of teaching: maintaining the ethics and behavior of his profession, adhering to the dates of his lectures regularly, and in the field of scientific research, possessing objectivity and scientific honesty in carrying out his research, and adhering to the rules of research conduct and scientific ethics, and in the field of Community service: Educating students about available university community activities, encouraging them to participate in them, contributing to studying social problems, knowing the factors behind them, working to solve them, and then proposing the necessary ways, procedures, and mechanisms that can be implemented to activate social responsibility, and increasing faculty members’ awareness of them.
